Important: Please note that to be a legal rental and to help with Portland’s housing crisis this home has a separate apartment upstairs with a long-term tenant. This applies to most legal Portland short term listings. The tenant has their own private entrance and does not have access to any guest spaces, including the yard and hot tub. Please make note of this before booking.

The Neighborhood:
Sullivan's Gulch is located in Northeast Portland. It is bordered by the Lloyd, Kerns, Hollywood, Grant Park, Laurelhurst, and Irvington neighborhoods. Sullivan's Gulch is conveniently located on bus lines, and within a short distance to the MAX light rail station at Lloyd Center.

--IMPORTANT: Please note that for all bookings on platforms other than Airbnb, a deposit of up to $1000 is required (please inquire for the exact amount). This deposit is to cover any potential damages to the home or property. Deposits will be refunded the day following check-out, minus the cost of any damages. Guests will be notified of any damages, and documentation for any deductions will be provided. This will be processed as a separate payment, but you can choose to use the same payment method or a different one. If you choose a different payment method, please provide the necessary payment details.

--IMPORTANT: Smoking of any kind indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine and additional action up to eviction.

-- Please note the spa is an amenity we do not charge for - we offer it as a bonus to our awesome guests free-of-charge. If anything should happen to it during your stay, we will do everything we can to fix it in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee the spa, and there are no refunds on issues related to the spa. Thank you!
--This home has a 3 night/4 person minimum for all weekend stays during the High Season (June-September) and all major holidays.
