2. Smoking: Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Smoking inside will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
3. License: The apartment is fully licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) in Dubai.
4. Security Deposit: A charge of 500 AED will be deducted for each lost access card or set of keys.
5. Cribs and High Chairs: Cribs and high chairs for children are available upon request and subject to availability. We recommend requesting them in advance.
6. Tourism Fee: To be paid in cash at check-in:
• 20 AED per day per person
