Important Information
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
• No parties or large gatherings
• No smoking of any kind, including marijuana
• Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM
• Absolutely no glitter. A $500 fee will apply.
• No motorcycle parking permitted
• This is a second-floor condo and stairs are required

Pet Friendly
• $99 pet fee applies
• Pets must be housebroken, fully vaccinated, and leashed when outside
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding
• Guests are responsible for damage, excessive hair, odors, or stained linens caused by pets
• Please bring your own furniture covers if your pet is accustomed to sitting on furniture
• Do not wash pet items in the washer or dryer
• Pets are not permitted in pool or recreational areas

Security
• Ring doorbell camera installed at the front door for safety
• No other cameras are located inside or outside the condo
• The door automatically locks when closed

Pool Access
• Pool access key is provided on a red lanyard
• Use the red key fob to unlock the pool gate
• Please return the pool key at checkout
• Lost pool key fees may apply

Entertainment
• Smart TVs with streaming apps installed
• Guests must log into their own streaming accounts

Family-Friendly Extras
• Cribs, highchairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats may be available upon request
• Please request at booking or at least 3 days before arrival
• Subject to availability

Extra Sleeping Arrangements
• Queen sleeper sofa located in the living room
• Sheets, pillows, and blankets are located in the master bedroom closet
• Twin trundle bed is stored beneath the full bed in the second bedroom
• Bedding for the trundle bed is located in the closet

Laundry
• Washer and dryer available for guest use
• Please remove sand from clothing and towels before washing
• Please clean the lint trap before each dryer use

Beach Gear
• Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, towels, and additional beach gear are available for guest use
• Please wipe sand from all items before returning them

Safety
• Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink
• First aid kit, flashlight, and scissors provided

Trash
• Please remove all garbage from the condo before departure
• Trash receptacles are located outside near the parking area
• Additional trash containers are located at the front of the building to the left

Checkout
1. All dishes should be washed or loaded into the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before departure.
2. Put all used towels in a pile. No need to wash.
3. Remove all food from the refrigerator.
4. Wipe sand from beach gear and shake out towels before returning them.
5. Remove all garbage from the condo.
6. Double-check that the door is closed and locked before departing.
7. Guests who remain in the property past the 10:00am checkout time without preapproval for late checkout will incur a fine of $50 per every 30 minutes
