We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our 30th anniversary at the beach! This is an excellent property with a beautiful, contemporary beach feel that instantly puts you in vacation mode.Everything was spotless—both the house itself and the fantastic pool area were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was clear, and we had absolutely no issues with access or the house instructions. After long days in the sun, the incredibly comfortable beds provided the perfect place to rest.We will stay there again for sure! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality beach getaway.

We loved the place! I will say the only thing would be the room with the 4 beds does not have outlets and we could not get the fan or lights to work in this room. Other than that I would absolutely recommend this location!

This house was perfect! The pictures do not do this place justice. When I walked in i was so happy with the view of the pool. The beds were comfy and the ac worked great. Will definitely book this house again if it is available. Joel the local manager was so great! I didnt need to talk to him about anything but he checked in every day.

Cute little home. Very easy to get to and not far from the beach at all! The beds are very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool very much. Our dogs loved the big back yard. Communication with the host was VERY easy. John with Grand Welcome was so helpful in many ways. It took a long while for it to cool down when we first got there. There were no curtains on the long windows in the garage bedroom, so it let A LOT of sun in. Curtains were very few throughout the house. It felt very open with little privacy in the evenings. We had 7 travelers and at times 3 restrooms would have been handy but not a deal breaker. Overall would we stay in this house again? Probably no, but we would definitely use Grand Welcome again.

Port A Stay

House is nice. Bring a cookie sheet or foil for oven use. The cleaning company could do better though. Beds are on wooden slats which makes it tough on the back. Nice pool but backyard needed to be mowed.

Overrall enjoyed our stay

Very nice pool, the grass was kind of high when we got there. We contacted the owner, they answered right away and had mowers come the very next day. Dog urine on bottom of sliding door curtains in master bedroom. Outlets hidden behind paintings in garage room. Overrall we enjoyed our stay!

Had a great time. Wish there had been more bath towels as we had to launder daily with nine ppl. Lighting on back porch could be improved- hard to see anything especially the grill. Bed mattresses were good. Please add some baking sheets and vegetable peeler to kitchen.

Almost Perfect

Close to everything in Port A. Very nicely decorated. Very spacious. Could use a little more lighting. Hard to work on puzzle or play board games at night but we just brought a bedroom lamp to the table and it worked fine. We would most definitely stay here again.

House is in a good location. Nicely setup, well decorated, lots of comfortable beds. Big and spacious. But the overall cleanliness of the property was so bad it completely negates the rest of the property. We requested they reclean the property and they sent someone out for a touch-up, and it appears all they did was wipe the hair out of the shower. Also had a lot of roaches outside by the pool area and inside, dead and alive. We had to kill some on our own that we had to go buy. We will not be staying at any of this company’s properties again.

50th Anniversary

My husband and our 2 children and their spouses and 2 great dogs spent Memorial Day Weekend 2025 at Aqua Surf. The house is lovely and very comfortable and the AC works very well!! The sheets and towels were very nice and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well maintained, except I couldn’t find dishes that were appropriate for use in the oven. All of the appliances were very clean!! There were plenty of dishes, cups and forks and spoons for our party of 6.The backyard is beautiful and fenced, but there are stickers in the grass and our dogs were constantly getting stickers in their paws. The house was about a 1/2 mile walk from the beach and an easy walk. There was plenty of parking for our 3 cars and the neighbors were very quiet. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. This is a very comfortable property for large groups.

Room for Improvement

Upon arrival we were told we could not enter the home until cleaning was done (which was a few minutes after check-in time). For 10 people we were only provided 4 rolls of toilet paper and no extra paper towels, so we had to go buy more for our 3 day stay. We also planned to cook there at the house, but the kitchen was lacking a few things such as ovenmits, colander, ladle, and some lids for the pots/pans in the kitchen. We were unable to use the dishwasher because it does not open fully. The size of the den was great, however, VERY hot. We were unable to turn on the fan to help cool it down. There are too many switches in the home, so it was confusing on how to turn on which fans/lights etc. There are also no lights in the dining room where we gathered to play board games at night. The location of the house was great and a quick buggy ride to the beach. The pool was AMAZING to come back to after a long day at the beach (the outdoor shower did not work) but we were able to rinse everything off with the hose. It is a beautiful house and we enjoyed our time there, however, there was some room for improvement. Thank you for a memorable stay for my family and I! :)

The property was very attractive and generally comfortable. The air conditioning in the den/bedroom that was converted from a garage was inadequate; the room became quite warm mid-day despite lowering the thermostat as far as possible. It would have been nice to have a third bathroom on that side of the house. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. There were a few stickers in the back yard and more in the front and the yard really needed mowing upon arrival. The beds were fine and the kitchen well-equipped and stocked. Nice stay!

The pool was dirty and we were not able to use it at all until the evening of our second day. The property manager had someone come clean it but it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The couch had dog hair on it. There was a roach in the kitchen. The large back room was very hot. We stayed last summer and had a great experience but this year was a disappointment.
