Our apartments offer self check-in at 4pm, guest support by text, phone and a Virtual Front Desk through your mobile device.

PLEASE NOTE:



Before you arrive:

- REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS: Complete the check-in form we send you. Your unit number, door code, and access instructions will be sent only after the form is submitted.

- The form covers ID verification, a criminal background check, a valid credit or debit card for incidentals, early check-in requests, and parking fees.

- Reservations cannot be completed if the background check returns disqualifying criminal records. If this affects your booking, you'll be notified promptly upon completion of your check-in form.

- Age requirement: guests must be 22+ to book and check in, or 25+ if booking locally (within 50 miles of the property).

- Payments for optional services not related to the cost of the room (like parking) will be collected via major credit or debit card by the company providing the service.

- All units require a refundable security deposit of $250. Some units may have a higher deposit — please review your booking details.



Check-in

- On arrival, please proceed to the concierge desk to check in.

- Check in is only until 11 PM, after this time the building staff is not working and the security staff will not be able to let the guest in. Strictly no extensions. Guest arriving past the cut off time will be assisted 8AM the following day.



Parking

- On-site paid parking: $20/night plus tax, collected through your check-in form. One vehicle per unit.



Housekeeping

- No mid-stay cleanings are included. Additional cleanings can be scheduled on request for a fee.



Unit Appearance

- While the photos accurately represent the layout and category of the unit you booked, the specific furniture, décor, and actual lighting may vary slightly from unit to unit.
