Villa Seas The Day is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, however, close to shopping and dining. A few minutes to the south you will find a Publix grocery store, a Walgreens, numerous good restaurants, a delicious ice crème place, a gas station, fast food joints, a nice park with tennis and pickleball courts and then there is of course our beautiful Cape Harbour with its great restaurants, the marina, a little boardwalk, bars, shops, life music and more. Driving 5 minutes to the east you will be in downtown Cape Coral with even more great restaurants, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, a farmers market and more awesome parks with playgrounds and kayak rentals.

A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information for your arrival and we will arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager. During your stay, our property manager can always be reached via phone or by email.

The property has it all: a heated pool and spa, a patio to relax, cook, and dine on, a dock with a boat lift, an awesome tiki hut, fishing poles, bicycles, beach essentials, and so much more.
You can spend all day playing and swimming in your private pool or just relax poolside, read a good book and take in our Florida rays. In the evenings you can enjoy great BBQ dinners and of course some well-deserved drinks, watch the most beautiful sunsets and relish life.
Our mile long canals invite for some great kayak tours. We have plenty of kayak rental places and they will be brought to the house for you. And, of course, you can also rent or bring a boat and discover our wonderful islands and beaches.

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during time of reservation.
In winter, our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees but you can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.
