Fully stocked kitchen was very nice. The condo was immaculately clean! Plenty of towels for guests and the balcony view was the true star of the vacation. Whenever we contracted the host we received a response promptly.

The beach view is wonderful. The condo was much more spacious than I thought it would be. It was great. The beds are not the most comfortable, but we come for the beach and the view, so it's no big deal at all. Had a wonderful stay.

The condo is in a great location on the beach. That’s the best thing about it. Located near the elevator but it wasn’t working. Very outdated with many non working outlets. The furniture and the beds were horribly uncomfortable. The TV sound was so bad we chose not to watch it. Water leaked into the master bathroom from the upstairs condo. I booked this based on price and location. The bad reviews are legit. Will not recommend or stay there again.

The company that oversees property was fantastic answering all my questions. The actual property is great. 3 pools and a snack shack. The condo was clean but could use a little touch up and updating but nothing to stop me from staying again.

A little effort would greatly improve this property

The condo was advertised as charming and all the other things you would want when you go to the beach. I will agree that the view was nice and the location was easy to find. After that, most everything else fell short of meeting our expectations for the money that was paid to rent for the week. Here is a list of problems - the master bath toilet did not flush and overflowed (it was never fixed while we were there even though we called), the tile is missing, cracked, or loose throughout the condo, the furniture is old and outdated as well as uncomfortable, the kitchen counters are chipped and not in good shape, air vents were missing in the ceiling and the ceiling had water stains. The door in the extra bath was swollen at the bottom from water damage, the plug in the extra bath is loose, vent fans in the bathrooms were shoved in place, the rug in the kitchen is worn and needs replacing, the master bedroom bed/matress is noisy and creaks when you sit/lay on it, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom is loose on the ceiling and sways and rattles when turned on. I could go on, but I think that is enough for one review. The air did work well and the shower had good water pressure. There were plenty of towels. As mentioned earlier, the view was good, but know that you will hear all the pool noise. I would not recommend this condo until effort is made to make it better and it is decorated with something more than dollar/thrift store accessories.

The beach and pool views are wonderful. The water pressure is excellent and proximity to elevator and stairs is convenient. Positive comments end there. The unit is dated and cosmetically undesirable. It needs painting and better furniture. Tile floor is chipped in the kitchen and doesn’t meet the vanities in bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with mismatched appliances and utensils.
