Such a relaxing place away from Los Angeles the host where there to answer any questions you have. Close to UCLA hospital.

The cabin is very spacious and well stocked. It was clean and thoughtfully decorated, was what I expected for a 112 year old cabin. The hosts told me I could call them any time day or night if I had a problem. Enjoyed walking around the area.

We loved staying in this beautiful, rustic cabin! It was spacious, charming and I loved the large claw foot bathtub that I could completely stretch out in. The room and the bed was very comfortable, and we loved the outdoor space and hiking trails. Great place to be in nature and reset with our dogs.

I consider this to be a gem. Historical property. Very quaint little mountain town. Was surprisingly comfortable and domesticated from the outside looks. This is a great place to stay looking for the experience.

Cute, quirky, place! These are the kinds of places I like. Very quiet and the area is pretty. Close to 'town' if you need something. Enjoyed not having a TV. Nice to unplug and watch the fireplace.

Very cute place Old twice baked and a bit bizarre But for where it is and a very good price point It was fun It’s not the ritz but that’s kinda the point Bring a game or two l did and it all went very well If you want cute and interesting great stop Oh just getting to it is an adventure For a city guy like myself Oh not sure where air conditioning comes from none to be found but there is a fan I found

The listing is correct that this is not the right location for just anyone, but has everything needed plus a lot of charm. You can definitely hear neighbors from the Stone Cabin, but everyone was quite respectful, and it was highly appreciated to have some space to take my dog out. Help came immediately when I locked myself out late in the evening on a holiday.

The property descriptions were accurate so we came with good expectations. The suite was spacious and well decorated. We went to the trails behind the property, just two of us, which was nice. We saw a little mouse a couple of times. Fine by us but it may bother some guests.

The rustic cabin was spacious and clean. Staff, especially Rose and Maggie, were friendly and accommodating. Manager Fallon communicated very well. Kitchen was functional and minimally equipped. We appreciated the on-demand hot water and fast wifi. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked great. Two fans were also provided. The property had eclectic features throughout. We hiked up the trail to the nest and the cave, and down to the creek.

Beauty and relaxation!Such a beautiful location! Truly a Topanga experience. Lovely setting and really nicely maintained room. You are definitely in a funky old building, although I wouldn't necessarily agree with those who say that this is more of a glamping experience, but I guess what defines glamping may differ from guest to guest. The bathtub is a joy -nothing like a good soak in deep hot water to help you chill out! The bed is HUGE, which was very luxurious feeling for me, since I sleep in a queen bed at home. A beautiful view up-canyon from the outdoor table by the front door. Some shade out there would not be bad, as it gets full sun much of the day, but it was lovely in the morning and early evening of my June stay. A few things to note that I didn't necessarily get from reading the description, although maybe I needed to read more carefully:You are in a row with three other rooms, so do be aware that the cabin shares walls with other cabins and you will have neighbors, and the level of quiet or not will depend on what kind of neighbors you have.I'm not sure where the trails were, so maybe a map of the property with the trails would be helpful for future guests? I did find a road along the creek that I took a walk on, but this led to private property, so I didn't go any further. Saw a gorgeous coyote by this road.The road to the room is a dirt road and I was a bit nervous driving it in my Prius. But it was fine - just be aware of this when you book.

This hidden gem had everything I needed for a terrific price in Topanga. The experience was truly unique and was just what I was looking for. The host was very friendly and accommodating. If they’ll have me again, I would stay there in a heartbeat.
