The property was very nice and in a wonderful location. One issue is seeing the driveway from the road quickly enough so that you don't have to make a U turn.

It was located in a great spot on the beach. The condo was very lovely on the inside. The host was accessible when we had questions. Because we chose that time to visit the Breakers, it was very quiet and not crowded. We like this place above the larger condo buildings. Our stay was terrific and plan to visit again.

Could use some ceiling fans cause it was hot even with ac. But other than that, was fantastic stay.

Great family vacation

Nice unit overall. The building appears a little dated. Could use some sprucing up. It would be nice to have an exterior bathroom so one would not have to go back to the unit to relieve themselves. It appeared the cleaning crew did a poor job cleaning the stove top. There was a light film of oil or grease on it. The water pressure from the shower in the master bath is low. Recommendations to the owner- *upgrade the mattress in the master suite*Invest in a new coffee maker*consider front load washer/dryer

Great place

Nice location and probably the best beds we have ever slept on while on vacation. Kids loved the ability to walk out of their own rooms to the balcony. Would stay again at this condo.
