We had a wonderful stay here! The host was very communicative and accommodating which made for a smooth stay. The house is dog friendly which was perfect because we needed to bring our dog out of our house for construction. He felt right at home! The location was perfect and an easy drive to various places mid-cape. We would definitely stay again!

Our 3 day stay was perfect and the hosts were so responsive. We appreciated all the little things (snack basket, bottle of wine, etc.) and how the owners made it feel like home. The house was very clean and our dog loved the fenced in back yard. As others have said, the location has easy access to everything. Thank you Bert and Linda for a great stay!

Charming Cottage

This cottage was bright, clean, and delightfully nautical in decoration. We loved the backyard for our pup! Owner was super helpful and provides just about anything you can think of! Will definitely stay again when we visit Hyannis area.

We had an incredible time staying at this property! Everything was spotless. And we enjoyed a fire at the outside firepit. The location was close to golf courses and restaurants. Bert was an exceptional host in all ways - would go back in a hot minute!!

The host, Bert, was a gem to deal with! The house is immaculate, the amenities - kitchen items, linens, bathroom items are above what is expected in a VRBO. The yard, which we were unable to use as we were there late April and for a very short busy time, is huge and would be wonderful for summer rentals. The location, mid cape, is convenient, Swan Lake at the end of the road and Cape Beaches a quick drive away. I would love to rent this in the summer!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for our vacation. The communication about the check in and check out process was thorough and seamless. I noticed when we left, I forgot something at the house. Bert was kind enough to retrieve it for me and send it back. So grateful! Would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Close to many restaurants and beaches. It was perfect for our family of five and our dog, Moe. We especially appreciated the fenced-in yard, which made traveling with our dog so easy and the kids loved the bunk beds and outdoor shower. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this home and can’t wait to return!

Family friendly cottage with nice fenced in large backyard so, pet friendly too. Great location for easy access to Yarmouth beaches and restaurants. Host was extremely communicative and offered us some rainy day ideas for the area. House had everything you’d need for a great vacation.

We are from western Massachusetts. I love playing golf and my wife loves playing tennis. We want our guests to feel like they’re at home. When we travel we want our guests to feel appreciated so we try to supply them with most of the amenities from home. We try to make it enjoyable and relaxing for them when they stay at our home.

We chose the neighborhood because we love being by the lake. The boardwalk and lake are absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and walk is relaxing.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The distance to the lake makes it unique. People love using our bikes and kayaks. Our fenced in yard is perfect for pets and relaxation. We’re only a mile and a half from beach and restaurants.
