Location was perfect. We walked to the beach daily. The kids could walk or bike to mini golf or ice cream. Loved that the home was dog friendly so we didn’t have to leave our fur baby at home. Home was spacious and comfortable enough for our family. Horn was clean, kitchen was beautiful, we had a beautiful view of the ocean, and could walk up the restaurant across the street. We had a great week, just wish we had booked 2 weeks rather than one.

This was our first time using this site. We loved the house, the location, everything was perfect. It’s almost like having two separate houses because one master is on the first floor and fully equipt with everything you could need. The instructions were helpful as for the trash and WiFi and so forth. Parking was great. Easily we could fit four cars. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

We spent five great days at this property

The house has a great view at the ocean. We weren't having much luck with the weather (it was early March), but we enjoyed our stay an the great view that we had. It was very clean, nice and comfortable. We would visit again.

Fabulous getaway!

We rented over April vacation and lucked out with some beautiful weather. The location was perfect, kids walked down to the beach and played every day. The views from this immaculate home were so relaxing and we enjoyed hearing the ocean while having our morning coffee. Owner was quick to reply to questions. We look forward to staying again!

My daughters and I had a wonderful time here. The house is clean, bright and open. The girls loved having room to spread out and different areas to play. It was also nice to be able to walk down to the beach and collect shells. We had a really great time and would love to go back.

Great location near beach, restaurants, short drive to Chatham.

The property was as described, great location, house met our small family reunion plans, kitchen was well stocked for eating in and many restaurants were close by. We came from Boston Logan so it was convenient having washer and dryer, and sheets and towels provided. Also, TVs and WiFi a plus. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. Plan accordingly as it was a challenge washing all the linens and towels prior to 10am departure.

Thank you, Toni! Glad you enjoyed your stay. You were wonderful guests! Appreciate the feedback on linens... being such a large home there can be lots! We have considered changing our turnover to 11-3 next year to help with that. Another option we have considered is having linens optional and guests can pay a fee for our cleaners to take them to launder. I'd love to hear what you'd prefer (or any other ideas!) if you'd like to send me a quick message! Enjoy your summer and we hope you'll visit again soon!

Plenty of room

Excellent property to host our two families. With two master bedrooms, each family had their own master suite. Plenty of beds for our group of seven. House was a short walk to the beach saving us from purchasing a beach parking pass. Conveniently located near some restaurants that are walkable. Property owner was very responsive to all our needs. Looking forward to visiting again.

Beautiful ocean views

Everyone had a great time at our girls weekend. The house has a kitchen and livingroom overlooking the ocean with lots of room for entertaining. All renovated with nice up to date decor. It was a great rental in the middle of the winter for all the girls to cozy up together and still look out to see the ocean. Thanks to Michelle for her wonderful rental property which gave us a lot of fun memories.

Loved our first trip to Massachusetts!

House is very spacious and close to everything. We walked just 3 houses down to breakfast. Loved having coffee while listening to the waves and enjoying the breeze. There is a hot dog place at the other end of the road that is great as well. Close walk to the beach. We were far enough from Boston to get away from the big city but close enough to drive over if we want. Took a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. Great trip and can’t wait to go back again!

Perfect House in Dennisport

We had the perfect Cape week at this amazing Dennisport house. It is literally steps from the beach. The photos on the listing don't even do it justice. Water views from every room. The 2 master set up was perfect for me and my sisters families, with a bunk room for the kids! Don't miss out! Were talking about going back every year!

Location location location

Michelle’s house was perfect for my family. She allowed pets which is a plus. I have my elderly parents who travel with us and the first floor studio suite was perfect for them. No stairs easy access. The beach is literally 2 houses away a 3 minute walk. Restaurant also located at end of street My 20 year old kids loved the location. They walked to chapins at night for drinks and live music

Great location!

This was the second year in a row renting this house and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, just across the street from the beach. The Sailing Cow restaurant is also across the street, which is very convenient especially for a quick breakfast. Michelle was a very accommodating host, she even went out of her way to help me retrieve something that I left behind. The house is big enough for my family (4 adults , 3 kids, and 3 dogs) having the lower suite was an added plus for my wife and I, as we could have a little time to ourselves after the grand kids wore us out all day. It's also big enough that we were nit on top of one another. I highly recommend this house for families!

A Spectacular Fall Getaway on Cape Cod

My extended family had an amazing experience staying here in Dennis Port. The house has plenty of beds and bathrooms and was able to accommodate my family, my parents and my extended family! The views from the second floor of the house are just stunning - panoramic views of the water and plenty of space to comfortably cook and feed 12 people while enjoying an amazing view. I love that there is an extra full sized fridge in the downstairs master. The kids loved the spiral staircase going up to the loft. The location can’t be beat…you can walk to the beach and during season many restaurants as well. You can easily drive to the popular spots in under 20 minutes as well. Overall, this house is a gem and my whole family loved our time there!
