We offer a large toaster, Brita for filtered water, a Coffee Maker (Kuerig and drip), coffee pods (please bring your own ground coffee), tea bags, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, utensils, knives, cups, coffee mugs, wine and beverage glasses and many other items you need to enjoy your time in the kitchen. Cooking Spices included - salt, pepper, garlic powder, avocado oil and olive oil. All kitchen items are brand new - including a brand new refrigerator and dishwasher.

Guests will have access to the entire house and casita - except the garages which are for the owners storage.

Community pool access available - gym access - two driveways and off street parking available. Our home is located right across the street from the Empire polo fairgrounds.
