Regarding the hot water, as noted in our listing, we have two bathrooms and an additional outdoor shower. Our brand new 50-gallon water heater provides ample hot water, especially when showers are spaced out between guests. We appreciate your understanding and will continue to remind guests about this for everyone’s comfort. I also appreciate your comments about the kitchen items and laundry. I will speak with my cleaning crew to ensure that pots, pans, and all kitchenware are thoroughly checked, and that no sheets are left in the dryer in the future. Thank you for your feedback. While we strive to provide a relaxing stay for all our guests, we also must maintain the integrity of our property and house rules. Unfortunately, this stay involved unauthorized guests who were not included in the booking, as well as unpaid occupancy fees. Regarding your other concerns: Our exterior-only security cameras are clearly disclosed in our listing to ensure property security and compliance with house rules. these cameras do not monitor the hot tub area or any private space. We maintain our furniture to high standards and take any reports of damage seriously. As this matter involves policy violations and damage claims, it has been referred to VRBO support for a fair resolution.
