The apartment was clean, within walking distance to so many restaurants and bars, and the perfect size for a couple. Ken was clear with directions for check in and check out, and very responsive to messages. This is the perfect spot for any visit to Dubuque!

Overall the stay was amazing. Food nearby was also excellent. The only complaint I have is there is no door to the actual bedroom so if there is a third guest not much privacy. Other than that great stay. Super clean. Bed was amazingly comfy. Will stay again in the future.

We enjoy staying with Ken and plan to continue doing so when in Dubuque! His properties are clean and instructions are clear and easy to follow. Location is good for downtown and bluff area. He’s very helpful and quick to respond. Definitely a top-tier host!!

Very prompt communication via the host. Parking can be a little hard to navigate for space F if the remaining spaces are all filled as their is a utility pole to go around.

Apartment was as advertised, super clean, farmers market right out the front door on Saturday, super quiet, walked everywhere.

Absolutely Perfect!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It’s the perfect location to park the car and explore Dubuque on foot. Plenty to see and do. We took a short drive to the Mines of Spain park. We explored four of the fifteen trails. Ken is the perfect host. He communicates quickly and we love both of his properties!

Great value for a lovely space and quiet neighborhood!

I was impressed with the full kitchen and spaciousness of the apartment. Very tastefully updated. Ken was great to communicate with. I really enjoyed walking and exploring from the location of the apartment. It was fun to wake up on Saturday morning to see through my window that the local Farmers Market in progress. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was very clean. The eat-in kitchen was a nice feature. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was well lit. The couch was a bit small. Be aware that you have to be able to climb stairs. The bathroom was well appointed with towels. It was a very quiet place. Great, quick communication with the host. Ken was available to answer my questions, but didn't intrude. A pleasent play to stay.

Super cute place! It was perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need for cooking. The bed is SO COMFY we slept wonderfully! The futon/couch not so much. Only reason I’m rating 4 stars and not 5 is the parking. If your apt #3 it sucks. There’s a big electrical pole you have to watch out for and if there are big vehicles next to your parking spot it’s nearly impossible to maneuver into your spot. I scraped my suv on the pole trying to get into my spot. Other than that Ken is super nice and it was a nice stay and super affordable!!
