Hello, my name is Ken. I was born in China and moved to the United States in 1997 with very little English but a strong desire to build a better life. I first worked in restaurants in Chicago before moving to Dubuque in 2000, where I worked at Hy-Vee as a cook and later became the Chinese department manager.
In 2003 I began investing in real estate, and in 2008 I left my job to focus on real estate full time. In 2018 I followed my passion for cooking and opened Oolong Asian Cuisine here in Dubuque.
Over the years I have had the pleasure of hosting thousands of guests from around the world and have received over 4,000 guest reviews across my properties. My goal is simple: provide clean, comfortable homes and make every stay easy and enjoyable.

I chose this neighborhood because it is one of the most vibrant and historic areas of Dubuque. Many of my properties are located near the downtown Millwork District, which has become a lively destination with great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and local businesses.
Guests enjoy being close to the Mississippi River, the riverwalk, museums, and many of Dubuque’s historic landmarks. The area also has beautiful historic architecture and a welcoming small-city atmosphere.
