Eleni is a gem beyond measure. She spoiled us with home baked Greek treats and was always quick to answer questions or make recommendations. The villa was absolutely beautiful and so convenient to local markets and restaurants. We would more than highly recommend this rental.

Great Santorini Stay

This property exceeded our expectations! So clean and had everything we needed. The host Eleni is wonderful and helped us with all our bookings. She even brought us delicious home baked goodies. We couldnt have asked for a better stay!

Wonderful experience

We loved our stay here. The host was so helpful arranging car service from the airport, a boat trip for us and even brought some freshly baked Greek pastries during our stay. Highly recommend!

The property was great for a large group; everyone can have their own private space. Lots of beautiful outdoor space to hang out. Very clean. The host is amazing and very helpful both before we arrived with answering any questions and arranging things for us as well as being available at any time during our stay! Great location to easily walk to get anything you need! Excellent property!

Family Wedding

Antelmi house was fantastic, Eleni the hostess and team were on point from start to finish, helping organize trips and transfers and ensuring we were happy . The house, facilities, pool and overall property were first class .

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay for 3 days with this house being our central location.Once we figured out the bus systems we zipped around the island and saw all the busy tourist destinations then came back to our lovely calm environments.Eleni was a very helpful and attentive host.Thank you!

Santorini Delight

We loved our stay at Antelmi House. The villa is beautiful and well-appointed, the pool the perfect place for a dip. Eleni was an INCREDIBLE host and helped us both before and during our trip with planning, organization and generally helping us orient to Santorini. We had a great stay and would choose to stay there again when visiting the island.

Gorgeous Villa

It surpassed our expectations. Gorgeous property. We wanted something central in Santorini and location was good. We would have liked a better view of the sea, so that’s the only thing missing.

Wonderful visit to Santorini

We had a lovely stay with Eleni and were very appreciative of her warm hospitality. She suggested a talented chef to cook meals both nights on the open air deck for our group of 9. Eleni’a breakfasts were a sumptuous affair of fruits, pastries and egg dishes. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

First Time in Santorini - Villa and Host Exceeded Expectations

We would 100% stay here again! Beautiful villa and incredibly helpful host! Perfect for our group of eight - girls area, boys area and separate quarters for parents! Eleni was so so kind and gave us help with activity ideas, prepared an amazing breakfast, schedule vans for transport for our large group! We hope to return!!! Five stars for sure!!!

Excellent getaway

Eleni was a fabulous host and met us right from the airport to find this charming villa. We had 12 of us which made the outdoor space a little tight ... but everything was decorated and put together perfectly and we loved our stay. Eleni also cooked us a spectacular chefs breakfast each morning we stayed, up on the roof overlooking the traditional village. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful stay in the middle of Santorini

An immersive experience awaits at this beautiful property. Mesaria is a small town but provides a couple of little local restaurants, a bakery, coffee shop and grocery store all within walking distance. The villa is kept immaculate throughout your stay. We were here with another family so a total of ten of us and there was plenty of room. Pool is quite small but does the job to cool you off on hot days. We would definitely recommend this villa to other families. The host was always on hand to ask any questions and arrange transport or excursions.

Check in was very easy. Our host met us and showed us the property and told us alternate ways to enter. Every unit was beautiful and what I imagine when I think of Greece. Simple hotel touches like slippers and toiletries were provided. Each unit had a kitchenette or kitchen with water provided and a refrigerator (sometimes hidden as cabinet). This is located where the locals stay but not too far from Fira or more touristy things (I considered this a positive).

Wonderful stay in Santorini

Our two families with kids ranging in age from 14 to 6 had a wonderful time staying at the villas in Messaria. Eleni made everything special for us from accommodating a last minute change in check in time to arranging dinners and breakfasts at the house to transportation. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and getting over jet lag at these beautiful villas. The supermarket is an easy walk for a few items to supplement the plentiful breakfasts and dinners that Eleni arranged. We were grateful for Eleni’s hospitality which made our stay so memorable.

Fabulous Friends Getway

Eight friends from Canada stayed at Eleni’s place and it was amazing!! The accommodations were spectacular and allowed all of us to converge in one place, each having our own rooms. The views from her place were amazing and well within walking distance of everything. Eleni’s help with restaurants, excursions and travel made everything so easy. Her attention to detail was amazing and we would recommend everyone to stay at here. Fabulous!!!

Girls Trip to Greece

The pictures and overall layout plan on the site do NOT. do this place justice! What an amazing stay! We enjoyed this house the most from the houses we stayed at. What a great time in Santorini! The food was just amazing! The beach was even better! Thank you Eleni for all your help and recommendations! It really helped our time in Santorini be even better! Stay Well!

Traditional house in Santorini - middle of the island

Charming.....Loved the individual spaces that all face the pool area (which was very private). Very clean and inviting. The house was not walking distance to Fira nor Oia. But there was the convenience of a bakery, grocery store and many restaurants within walking distance. Host, Eleni, was very accommodating and arranged many transports for us during our stay.

Family Gathering

The property worked well for our group. Eleni the property manager was excellent as were the staff. Breakfast was delicious! We found the location not easily accessible to all the sights - you will need to rent a car or arrange for transportation which is costly. Neighbourhood is noisy at night due to local kids hanging around the villa and motorcycle racing on the nearby streets.

I m so sorry to hear all these, you had to booked the Antelmi villa at FIROSTEFANI village on the cliff of the caldera even if it costs double also you could save money not renting a van but you didn’t ask my opinion about, some people are familiar to drive some others aren’t. There are see sights and wineries all over the island, there is no property next to all the see sights. You visit an island not a village and if you want to explore it you have to drive or to hire a driver, I wondering which could be the best area to book a private villa up to 12 guests and how much that could cost? Messaria is a central village, in the middle of the island close to all the destinations. If the Antelmi houses is a three star property then all the others ones out of the caldera are for 1-2 stars Or all the previous guests had different needs, thanks
