Spektakulær Santorini-villa med privat pool, bil og privat overførsel

Hvis man følger den smalle snoede vej fra pladsen, vil han til sidst komme over de indbydende døre til Mansion Kyani. Beliggende på en bakketop med udsigt over de omkringliggende vinmarker, landsbyen Megalohori og den mousserende Ægæiske Hav i det fjerne, tilbyder denne harmoniske bolig en fantastisk og altomfattende udsigt.

Når man går ind i gården, som er håndlavet af lokale håndværkere i den traditionelle "Plakoto", brostensbelagte brolagt stil, ser man, at dette palæ har tre separate opholdsarealer, to i stueetagen og en i den første, forbundet med en uden for trappen.

Der er også en for nylig tilføjet ekstravagant infinity-swimmingpool og solterrasse, lavet udelukkende af vulkansk klippe, hvor gæsterne kan slappe af i en smuk natur, som er oplyst på en dramatisk måde om natten og tilbyder en uforglemmelig oplevelse.

Fredfyldtheden i palæets skulptur er tydelig det øjeblik, man går ind i staldøren i stueetagen, hvilket fører dig ind i et kompakt fuldt udstyret køkken. Originale buegange fører igennem ind i det storslåede soveværelse med et kuppelt loft. Et ekstravagant badeværelse med stort badekar og separat bruser.

Start fra den smukke gårdhave fører originale trædøre ind i det rummelige andet soveværelse med dobbeltseng, der også har et komfortabelt andet badeværelse med eget badeværelse.

Første sal i dette herregård tilbyder en ekspansiv stor terrasse, perfekt til udendørs spisning, med panoramaudsigt over det omkringliggende område. Inde i er originale trægulve restaureret. De mange vinduer på dette øverste niveau giver mulighed for lysstyrke og luftighed, da det smukke lys fra Kykladerne siver igennem. Det komfortable dobbeltværelse på denne etage kan prale med udsigt over vinmarkerne til den ene side og havet i Det Ægæiske Hav til den anden. Den samme udsigt nydes fra spisestuen, som komfortabelt kan rumme 6 personer.
På samme etage er der et rummeligt badeværelse med stort karbad og separat toilet. Det smart designede åbne køkken og velindrettede opholdsstue giver mulighed for afslappet underholdning.

We had the most amazing stay, Manaion Kyani was exactly the peaceful, clean and gorgeous place to stay! The host Takis, provided a host Vasia she was amazing and they both answered questions, had lists of places to eat and things to do. They had rental car ready and available. We would recommend 100 stars and this stay to everyone we know!

What a spectacular experience we had staying at this amazing villa. The pictures do not begin to do it justice. It is a truly unique, special property which worked perfectly for our group of 3 couples. From the beginning, our host Takis was so accommodating and helpful. He helped us so much with recommendations and reservations. Including the car in the rental made this a true bargain. Location worked well for our agenda to visit the whole island. A fabulous Santorini experience!

The whole family was so happy with the “mansion” that, as you see, our review was a solid excellent. After our group tour with National Geographic we ferried from Crete and found this wonderful retreat which was a nice counterpart to the organized trip that preceded our stay with you and fit the needs of of our family perfectly. We were greeted by your property manager, Vasia, and moved in seamlessly. Among her suggestions was the art gallery and restaurant, Alisatchni, just across the way where their warmth and hospitality as well as their food drew us back twice. We also had a nice time just out our door at Raki when we arrived back from Parissa beach a bit worn out and they accommodated us well. We were able to include the Fira to Oia hike despite the heat and even our 10 year old granddaughter loved it. Though a repeat trip is not planned you will hear from us if that were to be possible!

Konstantinos was an amazing host. He helped arrange a few outings for us that were very enjoyable. The accommodation was just as pictured. The village was so charming. The shops were also amazing. Restaurants and staff were also fantastic.

Great Villa to Megalochori

Villa was as represented. Great accommodation for our two couples. Plenty of room, outdoor space, daily cleaning by housekeepers, great communication and support from Konstantinos and Takis. Two minute walk to cute village with restaurants, mini mart, gelato and coffee.

Great Santorini Stay

Great property in a quiet town away from the crowds. Close to all the sights though. Host and concierge were very helpful. Made checkin and checkout easy. Helpful with tour arrangements too. The property had all amenities we needed. Good restaurants, a pastry shop, and bus stops are an easy walk. The complimentary rental car came in handy when going to the grocery and some local sights. Overall, a great place to stay in Santorini. Would recommend it.

Definitely an experience I would relive!!

This is not the first time my wife and I have visited Santorini but I can honestly say it was one of the best... Our stay in mansion Kyani was truly an experience I would wholeheartedly recommend to any demanding traveler. The day we arrived was very hot and our trip a little tiring but we were fully rewarded when we took a refreshing dip in the swimming pool and relaxed with a chilled bottle of wine (courtesy of management) in the cool courtyard. The rest of our stay fully lived up to our expectations.

AMAZING! Thats it!

No words! Amazing villa! Amazing host! And most of all, amazing city! This is the place to stay in Santorini. We went to Oia and fira for one day, and OMG! Like Greek Las Vegas! This end of the island is so nice, much more authentic, peace and quiet. All the people we meet in in the village was so friendly and helpful. The villa is just WAUW! Like 3 separate flats. The host was so helpful. The only little minus was that the pool is so cold, that we almost didn’t use it. If we lived there, we would put up a solarpanel. But the was the smallest thing. You need to stay here!!!!!

Amazing property and location

The villa was perfect! It truly is three separate apartments, each with their own style and character, but with the locked gate it worked well for a family to spread out and still feel safe with the kids in their own units. The outdoor spaces are stunning both day and night. Megalochori is magical. It felt like such a blessing after a day of exploring the island to come home and walk through the town, under the dome of the church and arching flowers back to the villa. Konstantinos was very attentive and helpful and Takis also had great communication with us throughout our stay-thank you both! I really can’t say enough about our experience here. It exceeded our expectations in every regard. Thank you!

Nice stay in Kyani villa. Right in the centre of the village which is very pretty with plenty of good restaurants. The villa is set in a private courtyard with three separate units each with a small kitchenette. The pool is clean, there are fresh towels and the villa is cleaned every day which is really nice. Konstantinos and takis from Santorini heritage villas are excellent. Really good communication, very helpful and accommodating. Impossible to fault really. They even organised a hire care as part of the package which was delivered to the villa!I dropped one star as I think the villa could benefit from the main bedroom kitchenettes being improved into a proper kitchen with a free standing fridge/freezer (rather than 3 small cabinet ones), better cooking utensils etc. as it is it’s quite hard to prep meals for a family of 5 with food and crockery in three different locations over two levels. A better bbq area would also be a positive I think too. Other than that, hard to fault for location, booking, logistics. Really good company to deal with.

Megaladochi Villa

This is a stunning property and well priced. The host and concierge went above and beyond to help us with everything. What we did not realize is the property is actually 3 separate bedrooms with bath and varied levels of kitchen supplies. There is no connection between the 3 suites, and only a small common area and dining room in the upstairs suite. Guests climb 3 sets of stone steps to get to the top. It may have been our fault when reading about the property, but we thought it was a home all on one level. However, the amenities of beauty and location should not stop anyone from renting this property, it is gorgeous.. just know the areas are on different levels and not interconnected.

Amazing Property With Church Tower Views

We loved our stay here! There were six of us women from three generations of our family ranging in ages 25 to 80. We rented the entire villa and all three separate apartments were united by the outdoor courtyard. The apartments were well furnished, clean and offered daily maid service. The bathrooms were large and offered all the amenities. The air conditioning worked very well and we were never uncomfortable. We gathered at the pool every afternoon after mornings of touring or beaching. We upgraded to a small minivan and were able to navigate the area easily. The car park is less than three minutes away and very accessible. The restaurants right in the middle of Megalochori were a minute away and offered so many great places to eat. Takis, the owner, was available to answer any questions and checked on us regularly. Constantinos, the concierge, greeted us on arrival, answered our questions and made restaurant reservations for us. He went above and beyond! He also told us what day to visit Oia based on how many cruise ships were in port so it would not be so crowded. I would completely recommend this lovely villa to anyone wanting to have a traditional Greek village experience. You are five minutes by car from Fira, if you want lots of hustle and bustle. If you have a group of six, rent the entire place and spread out! This was a perfect place for our family stay on Santorini.

This was in the heart of the city which was perfect! The host was extremely helpful and communicated daily to help with anything we needed. The space was sparkling clean the pool area and table up top were perfect settings for a Santorini stay. Some of the lighting in the bathrooms were very dim so bring a magnifying mirror to help with that. Don’t miss the charming winery right next door, GAVALAS, the local shops and restaurants. Get out for tours and then come back to relax and spend the time at this gorgeous home! Most necessities are there for you. Water from sinks are not drinkable so keep that in mind shower is only warm for about 15 minutes. One bedroom downstairs had cobblestone for shower and toilet so make sure to have some sort of bathroom slippers. Be careful to duck down in certain places to not bump your head ( we are all taller). Lot’s of hills & you need to get your luggage up and down to your transport on your own. Highly recommended for a more rustic, local stay!

My family stayed at Kayani in June 2026. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the tiny village of Megacholori. Takis has this property so beautifully cared for and provided so much information on excursions & dining. Vasia, the concierge was amazing and warmly checked us in and provided suggestions. Takis arranged for rides to and from the airport and provided a rental car as part of the accommodation, which was perfect as we visited both Oia & Fira and did a catamaran one day. Having the pool and outdoor area was an amazing add to our stay. We walked into town each night and got dinner and Mr. Scoops. The bakery was great for breakfast and the laundry place next to the bakery was great. While the property had a washer, the laundry place wash, dried and folded our laundry (there was no dryer on property). There was also a cute winery next door that we visited and purchased wine from. The one thing I’d take note of is that while the property sleeps 6, each “apartment” sleeps 2 so if you come with children make sure you know that the kids will not be in the same area and have separate door entrances to their areas. Our kids were fine with it, but if you have young kids just something to note! What an amazing trip with top notch hosting by Takis & Vasia!! Highly recommend!

Amazing Villa & Location

The property is just fabulous , VERY CLEAN and the host Konstantinos was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and I had some EXCELLENT recommendation , Location is perfect is near the good restaurants , mini market , every person in this little town so friendly and very respectful , the Sunset View is amazing I really highly recommend this Villa my family and myself had a Best Experience

Perfect stay!

The house was exactly as pictured beautiful little village in the middle of the island away from the busy tourist area yet close to everything. Our village had amazing restaurants, great shopping everyone so friendly and helpful. Host was beyond helpful and car is a fabulous bonus we will be back. We celebrated 32 anniversary 60th birthday and engagement it was perfect in every way!

Perfect location in a great village

The home was in a great location, and the owner and concierge both offered awesome advice. The village this home is located in is less busy than other locations on the island, yet offers numerous restaurants and shops. The rental care akes getting around the island so easy.

Great villa with a walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Me, my wife and our friends stayed at this villa and couldn't be happier with our choice. Konstantinos met us up on arrival and walked us through the whole place explaining the rules and showing us around. The villa came with a free rent a car which was used by us to go to the beach (it’s about 10-15 drive from the villa) and restaurants. There is a few restaurants and shops with in one minute walk from the villa. If we decide to come back to Santorini this villa will be on our top list to stay at.

a quiet oasis amongst the sea of tourists

It is the outdoor spaces which make this place special. Not really a place to stay inside and cook other than something light. The amenities were first rate from towels to included rental car.

Beautiful Villa with small town charm.

We just returned from our visit to Santorini. Our villa, Mansion Kiani was located in the small town Megalochori. Our transfer to and from the airport was part of the package. Very convenient and prompt. When we arrived at the scenic small town of Megalochori, we were greeted by, Jackie, who provided us a tour of our Villa. It was very private and safe, needing a key to enter the courtyard. The views were just like the pictures we saw online, beautiful church and the surrounding town. There were four people in our party and each couple had their own room and a key to secure our belongings. In the king suite there was a safe for our valuables. Within the courtyard there was a pool and an area with comfortable seating. A few steps, and I'm not kidding, away was the town center. The center had a mini market for water and food, four or five restaurants and local wares or shops. It was so convenient to just grab breakfast or dinner. The villa also came with a car. My husband obtained an international drivers license. It was great to have a vehicle to travel from town to town, taxis can be expensive. The best part of this location was to experience the culture. Every morning at breakfast, an elderly lady would sit in a chair, provided by the restaurant, watch and gab with the locals, once bringing fresh basil to the location to use in their dishes. We travelled to Fira and Oia, where it was extremely crowded to come back to a beautiful and quiet place to relax. Loved every minute of our stay.

Quit villa in Megalochori away from the crowds

We just completed a three day stay with our family of 4 at this amazing villa in Megalochori. The villa is large and very accommodating. Everyone had their own separate rooms with own room key. The villa is safe. It rests outside of all of the crowded touristy areas of Santorini but still close (15m) drive to Fira and the sandy beaches of the island. Jackie met us at check in and was very sweet and offered welcoming information. The car rental that comes with the property is a plus. They were able to drop it off so that we didn’t have to worry about picking it up and then we just left it in the parking lot and they were going to retrieve it later which was very helpful . She recommended an evening catamaran tour to see the sunset and we took full advantage of her recommendation and had an amazing time. She also arranged our transfer down to the port when we were leaving which offered us peace of mind because we heard it can be difficult that time of day. The villa had daily cleaning service and offered amenities like food delivery that likened hotel room service. We did not need to take advantage of that however because right outside the Villa steps are three lovely restaurants . We spent most of our mornings at a lovely little terraced restaurant named Raki sipping lattes and eating breakfast. This villa is a find! And Megalochori is very charming. We highly recommend this charming villa for your next vacation.
