Other Things to Note:

* **Minimum Stay:** This property requires a minimum reservation of one month (30 days).

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Desert requires a separate written contract to be signed before arrival. Guests must also provide a copy of their government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of any personal vehicles. This verification process is completed via a secure portal after your reservation is confirmed.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Cancellation Policy:**

* Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a 100% refund.

* Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 50% refund.

* Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

* Please note: Cancellations are not permitted for stays during holidays and special event weekends.

* We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their trip investment.
