Cancellation & Processing Fees
If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for accepting payments through our payment processing service.

► Bedroom 2: King-size bed with a private sitting area, sofa, single sofa chair, cable TV, closet, and an attached private living room with its own cable TV, ideal for extra privacy.

► Bathroom 2: Full bathroom, easily accessible from Bedroom 2 and common areas.

► Bedroom 3: King-size bed, cable TV, and direct access to the pool area for easy outdoor lounging and quick dips in the pool.

Guest have access to the entire property outside of some closets that are locked for owners.

Please note that pool cleaners come Monday and Thursday to clean the pool, in addition the landscapers come every Wednesday, so please don`t be alarmed if you see them during your stay.

All reservations are required to sign a rental agreement which will be supplied for digital signature after a guest books.

Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules.

1. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

**Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions.

2. There is a front door doorbell and ring camera in the garage. It is motion capture only and does not record audio

3. Pets are allowed. Pet fees will be collected after booking and are $175 per pet per stay.

4. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine.

5. POOL: If you’d like the pool heated there is a daily fee. If you choose to have pool heat available for 30+ days, there is a $1500 deposit. If you choose to have pool heat for a partial period of the rental there is an $85 per day fee.

Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night

Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 7 AM.

6. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay.

7. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement.

All reservations are subject to an $89-$125 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.

Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
