Whispering Winds is a brand-new luxury lakefront home on the banks of Lake Norman, designed for big families and group getaways. Sleeps 15 across 5,200 sq ft with a private pool, hot tub, in-home movie theater, game room, and your own deep-water dock for boats and watersports. Complimentary pedal boat usage included with your stay.

Outdoor

• Private outdoor pool (16 x 32) with slide — open May 1 through November 1. Pool heating available for an additional fee on chilly fall days.

Dock and water access

Private deep-water dock at the water's edge, large enough for multiple watercraft. We've had extensive dredging performed at the dock to maintain deep water access for our guests. Guests are welcome to bring boats and jet skis — Lake Norman has no horsepower restrictions, so it's a perfect lake for water skis, wakeboards, and serious watersports.

Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire Whispering Winds property — all 5,200 sq ft, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the gourmet kitchen, multiple living areas, the private movie theater, and the dedicated game room.



Outdoors: full access to the private swimming pool and hot tub (seasonal, May 1 through November 1; pool heating available for an additional fee), the patio with outdoor kitchen and bar, the screened-in porch, the bonfire pit, and your private deep-water dock. You're welcome to bring your own boats and jet skis to use the exterior perimeter of the dock. As a special bonus, complimentary boat usage is included with your stay — please inquire for details.



Check-in is handled by a keyless electronic door lock system. Your unique access code is sent before arrival, so you can settle in on your own time with no key handoff.

Whispering Winds sits in a serene lakeside community on Lake Norman — peaceful and private, with all the area's best stuff within an easy drive. Lake Norman is North Carolina's largest man-made lake, and from your private dock you've got direct access to swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, water skiing, wakeboarding, and lake cruising.



Nearby towns (10–25 minutes away):

• Mooresville — "Race City USA" with NASCAR shops, museums, dining, and shopping

• Cornelius and Davidson — charming downtowns with unique shops, art galleries, and acclaimed restaurants; Davidson College adds a great collegiate energy

• Lake Norman State Park — hiking and biking trails, seasonal public beach, additional boat launches

A personal vehicle is ESSENTIAL for getting around the Lake Norman area. The property's long 260-foot private driveway and large parking area easily accommodate multiple vehicles, including cars, trucks, and boat or jet ski trailers.



Other options:

• Boat / watercraft — with complimentary boat usage and your own private deep-water dock, navigating Lake Norman by water is a great way to get around. Lake Norman has no horsepower restrictions.

• Rideshare — Uber and Lyft available throughout the area, especially in Mooresville and Cornelius

• Walking and biking — best within nearby parks like Jetton Park and Lake Norman State Park
