Wonderful apartment located in the Mamont Lounge condominium, which is on the seafront and with access to the beach! The place has an great gourmet area with swimming pool and children's playground.
The apartment has three beautiful, air-conditioned suites - all with a balcony, a beautifully decorated living room and a full kitchen. The property also has a balcony with an incredible view of the sea!
Perfect for those looking for peace and contact with nature in Itacimirim!
We take care of the house with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
**A deposit of R$ 800.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.
The suites are arranged as follows:
Suite 1 (Superior): 1 queen bed, balcony, split air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet.
Suite 2 (Superior): 1 queen bed, balcony, split air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet.
Suite 3 (Superior): 2 single beds, balcony, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet.
The Mamount Longe condominium has a great location, being close to several bars, restaurants and beaches in the region!
Itacimirim is the perfect destination for those looking for contact with nature and tranquility. Its beaches have crystal clear waters and are extremely important as they are home to endemic species. In 2020 it was recognized by the UNWTO (World Tourism Organization) as an example of sustainable tourism, in addition to awards previously granted due to its environmental management.
