Beautiful brand-new dock to tie up your boat/jetski/kayak, etc or enjoy the dock to fish and/or relax. There is plenty of room to park a 24ft boat in front of the house with exterior cameras for peace of mind security. One camera is located above the front door facing incoming guests and the other is located in the backyard facing the dock. This area of the river benefits some of the best local fishing and is ideal for canoeing/kayaking all while being just minutes from downtown Sebastian and The Sebastian Inlet Marina.
