**Important: The beach in front of our property is pebbly and not suitable for swimming. However, our guests can enjoy the "La Manzanilla" beach club located next to our building.

**A car is required to access convenience stores, restaurants, or downtown La Cruz.

The cleaning fee covers the service at the end of your stay; if you require additional cleaning services, they will be provided at an extra cost.
For stays of more than one month, a bi-weekly cleaning service is offered.
During your stay, it is important to follow and respect the Zantamar rules and regulations, which will be posted throughout the property.
