Charming Family Friendly 3-bedroom house in Pleasant Arrowhead Pocono Lake

Start your perfect vacation in the beautiful Pocono mountains at this 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental located in Arrowhead community Pocono Lake. This home offers a full kitchen and living room with smart TV, all bedrooms have smart TV’s, a side deck for outdoor relaxation and two cozy indoor fireplaces. Guests also have access to community amenities, including refreshing pools, lakefront beaches, and tennis courts. Camelback and Kalahari resorts approximately a 30 minute drive from our home base.

The Space
Upper level has a full kitchen with all kitchen accessories, dining room table with cozy fireplace and a comfortable living room with smart TV, full bathroom and two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and outdoor deck with BBQ grill and grilling accessories. Lower level has a family room with smart TV and a small cozy fireplace a small dining/game table, one bedroom with a full size bed and a full bathroom with standup shower outdoor access via side sliding door. Outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Guest Access
Mandatory resort fees paid to owner. Temporary membership $6 per person per day are mandatory ($8.50 during high season) for all guests over the age of six, $35 transaction fee and a $20 vehicle fee per vehicle required. Community amenities (pool, game room, fitness center, tennis court, basketball court, two lakes boat rentals kayaks.

Other Things to Note
ALL visitors must be pre-registered with Arrowhead community at least five days in advance and will also need to pay vehicle and membership fees no visitors, including guest can surpass occupancy Limit, no pets allowed. A $200 fee will be charged if guest bring pets on premises. For service animals there is a pre-authorization requirement and needs to be approved five days in advance.
