Very nice location but not a gourmet kitchen

Location was wonderful with easy access to the beach which is beautiful. If you like to cook, which we do, bring lots of your favorite items because the kitchen is sparse. Bedrooms/baths were nice as well sit down areas in kitchen and living room.

Great house! Wonderful location! Only two items of concern, if the private pool is heated, it was not working. Also, with the A/C set on 70 degrees, the upstairs was nearly too warm to sleep. Other than that, awesome home! We had a wonderful time!

Nice spacious house in gated community quick walk to the beach. The only disappointment was there were no televisions in two of the guest rooms and you are not allowed to use your on beach umbrellas. You have to use a specific vender adding an additional cost that’s not necessary.

We're so glad you enjoyed the house and its location. We hear you about the TVs in the guest rooms, and we’re already working on adding televisions to all the bedrooms to make future stays even more comfortable. As for the beach umbrella policy, we understand it can be an inconvenience, but it’s a community rule we have to follow. We truly appreciate your understanding on that. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to host you again soon! Best, FunVacay

Home needs to update furniture as very worn with heavy staining with some staining looking like vomit. Advertised for 12, but it would be extremely tight as small space for 12. Management company was very helpful and their welcome packages were nice.

Great property

This is a great house- it’s very clean and attractive. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to the beach. The only thing I would say is there are a lot of steps so if you have difficulty going up stairs it may not be a great option for you. If you don’t have problems, it works out great to get some exercise! We had a great experience!

We loved the house and layout. Access to the beach was quick and easy! We are really happy that we chose to stay in a private community. It seemed like the public beaches on either side of us were really crowded. However, there are rules about bringing your own umbrellas and parking trailers, if you bring one. Just make sure to do your research so there aren't any surprises. We would definitely stay here again!
