For nylig opdateret med et renoveret køkken, der er fuldt udstyret og klar til dig, privat balkon, der strækker sig ud fra stuen og soveværelset direkte mod Mexicogolfen, stort spisebord med ekstra siddepladser i morgenbaren, komfortabel stueindretning og så meget mere. Morgenmadshallen er blevet konverteret til et lille bibliotek, og der er gratis internet service til rådighed. Bygning nr. 9 ligger lige ved siden af den store swimmingpool og jacuzzi-badekar på stedet.

Land's End ligger på Treasure Island i slutningen af en halvø og er omgivet på 3 sider af vand; Intracoastal Waterway mod øst, et pass mod syd og Mexicogolfen mod vest. Dette samfund er fyldt med faciliteter til at holde enhver underholdt! Stor, opvarmet pool, 2 boblebad, sandvolleyballbane, tennis- og pickleballbaner, kulgrilladser og havepavillon til dine udendørsserveringsaftener, en strandpromenade, der går rundt i samfundet til din morgenøvelse, shuffle board, direkte adgang til stranden og alt indenfor dette smukt anlagte samfund. Land's End ligger cirka 3 km syd for John's Pass Village på Madeira-stranden, som er fyldt med shopping, restauranter, vandaktiviteter og underholdning for alle. Har du lyst til at ride nogle rutsjebaner, mens du er i byen? Busch Gardens i Tampa ligger kun en times kørsel væk eller rammer Disney-parkerne og alle de andre attraktioner i Orlando inden for 2 timer. Absolutely a fantastic place to stay, end of road is less traffic, fantastic beach view, excellent pool, 1 of hot tubs was out of order but other hot tub was even better. Security and parking very efficient. We will be back.

Sunset Beach Spectacular

This is a great condo in a beautiful setting. Sunsets are spectacular. Every evening vacationers and locals were out sitting on the beach shooting photographs. We loved the colors of the living quarters and decor. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Plenty of things to do and places to eat nearby. Loved our stay!

Excellent property

This was an amazing place for our vacation. located next to the pool, very short walk to beach, and great views of the ocean. Condo was well kept up, kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. I appreciated the gated entrance for added security as well. Pool was very nice and water temp was perfect (it did look heated for those folks looking at in the fall). I would stay here again.

Nice beachfront condo

The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. It matched the description and pictures provided very well. The property the condo is located in is very well maintained, great landscaping, and a very nice pool area. Very nice location on the beach since it is near the end of Sunset Beach.

Directly on the Sunset Beach

Amazing location directly on the Sunset Beach, fantastic for family vacation with kids, very nice quiet closed community, large perfectly maintained swimming pool, very clean renovated apartment. Best St Petersburg restaurants in 20 min drive distance. Publix supermarket 10 min drive.

Very nice condo

Great property, but it could use more kitchen supplies, like an oven-proof casserole dish. A kitchen drain closer and a dish rack would also be helpful.

Beautiful place

Lands End is a beautiful property. It is well maintained. There are strict rules concerning the pool and hot tub. These are well intended to preserve the tranquility for all guest. The only issue was during check in. The instructions said to go directly to the property but I had to go to the rental office to pick up the keys.

About 4 yrs. ago myhusband & I had a nice time here and fell in love with Lands End. The wooden walkway isgreat exercise from the white sand shore all around by Blind Pass bay. Our view from 202,bldg. 9 was beautiful and sunsets colorful.The pool was crystal clear & relaxing. Wefelt safe & had fun. No complaints!

Great location, minor issues

The property is located on the quiet end of treasure island, peaceful and relaxing if that is what you are looking for. Upon check in, property was clean on the surface (not necessarily inside drawers, etc.). Beware the doors will close and lock you out, as there is no way to keep it unlocked. We were moving in and got locked out of the property. Had to pay $50 for someone to let us in. Not happy to say the least. There are some items it would have been nice to have, like potholders, rectangle casserole dish, and towels for the pool/beach. They have beach chairs but they are really heavy. Another con is they have charcoal grills located on property (across the street) but they were filthy so had to nix our grilling plans. Although not perfect, we did enjoy our time at the property.

We apologize you had problems with the doors, as they have this in place for safety reasons and upon arrival found the unit clean, but some of the drawers were not. We do not require owners to provide beach items. The grills are the property's area and if you would have talked to the guard they would have had them cleaned. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we've experienced an extended stay at Land's End. Unit #202 in Bldg 9 is perfect for those wanting a full view of the Gulf. The pool is fabulous, and many visitors are long term guest or owners that are happy to welcome newcomers. The location of Land's End is one of the best in our opinion. They are located on the end of Sunset Beach peninsula which provides and nearly private beach, opportunities to see dolphins and other wildlife along the shores, and convenient to grocery stores, many restaurants and live entertainment is just minutes away. We've check many other locations and can't find any that suit our needs better. Also, the staff at Resort Rentals has been great. We expressed a need for an updated sofa when we arrived, and within a week they worked with the owner and we were provided a new sofa in our unit. In addition, we checked out forgetting an expensive pillow, keyboard and mouse for our computer, and the staff worked with us to return them to us at our home.

It was comfortable, clean, and in great condition. The balcony offers a stunning view of the gulf. Words cannot describe the colorful sunsets I enjoyed each evening. Building 9 is near the pool, clubhouse, tennis court, and a walkway to the beach. All of the workers on the property (from the clubhouse to the front gate) were friendly, helpful, and kind. I also met some nice vacationers around the pool and while walking around the property for exercise. In St. Pete, I visited Sundial, a downtown retail complex and the Morean Arts Gallery to see a Dale Chihuly exhibit. Sundial has some delicious food options. Bring your appetite! The Chihuly Exhibit is a must-see. There is a large grocery store on Treasure Island if you feel like cooking or you can pick up freshly prepared hot food. The Treasure Island community is laid-back, but you are never far from busy downtown areas (St. Pete and Tampa), quaint local eateries (The Floridian), restaurants, beautiful beaches, and shopping (Tyrone Square Mall).

Thanks for your review! Sorry about the lock issues you experienced. The salt air does at times take its toll on our locks. I will pass on your suggestion to have them updated. In the future, let us know and we can send someone out to look at it. Thanks again and we hope to see you next year!
