PROFESSIONAL CLEANING(S):
Casa Serenata partners with a trusted luxury cleaning service to prepare and maintain the home to high standards. A $300 cleaning fee applies to every stay.
For midterm (30+ nights) and extended stays, bi-weekly cleanings are required and scheduled at $300 each to uphold the home’s comfort, cleanliness, and care. Additional cleanings may be arranged upon request.
