This house was perfect for our family! The house was spacious and clean with quick walks to two beach access points, a convenience store and Mama’s Fish house made the stay easy on everyone. The house location about a mile and easy walk from downtown, sits at the beginning of the Hana Hwy was an amazing jumping off point and recovery location our Maui adventures.

One of the best we’ve stayed at

We really enjoyed this property. It’s very close to a small beach that we would walk to frequently. Paia is a fun little town that we fell in love with. It’s big enough to have all the shops and restaurant but small enough to avoid the crowds. The house is spacious and has a nice beachy feel. We’d definitely stay here again.

The perfect spot

We had a spectacular time staying at this beach house. It provided ample room for our family of 5. The yard allowed for kids to play and we were a very short walk to mama's beach. Close to Paia and an excellent store down the road.

Great house and great location

Loved being just a short walk to the beach in front of Mama’s fish house. It’s far enough from the Airport and bigger town but still just a short drive to both. Walking distance to the cool little town of Paia. Craig the manager was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The house itself was open and airy and clean. Loved the big shower! Would stay again if I ever make it back!

Perfect little cottage by the sea

Cute and private plantation-style cottage within walking distance of the beach, plus private parking. Great place to just relax and stay home, or a basecamp for all island activities.

Great house and location

Great home and location right near the beach. The market down the street was awesome, and the town of Paia was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Sanctuary

Year after year we return to our favorite spot. We are beyond grateful to stay in such a magnificent slice of the world and highly recommend it to any water loving off the beaten track ocean goer.

Perfect Kuau Location

Perfectly preserved plantation-style cottage. Spacious. Original wood floors. Dreamy cross-breezes. Very private decks. Outdoor shower. Low-key elegance. Walked to the beach three times/day. Sea turtles, changing tides, quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful house

The house is a classic beach house with loads of character. If you are looking for an authentic (non-condo) holiday stay, this is the place for you. We were a family of 5 and where very comfortable. It is a short 2 min walk to a small beach good for morning dips. There is a good corner shop 5 mins walk away that serves good coffee and snacks. Mama’s Fish House is also 2 mins walk away.

Wedding Stay

Everything was terrific except for the key box. Difficult to get into. Place itself was kind of cool old Hawaiian. Neat , clean, charming.

Best part of island

This is a private location that is not close to the main tourism of Maui but is close enough to everything that any adventure is accessible. It is the start point for heading out the road to Hana as well as the bike ride up Haleakala. Famous kiteboarding and surfing beaches are within a mile or so of the house. The house itself was cozy, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We had a great time.

Very nice

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Loved the location - cute neighborhood, and an easy walk to a couple small beaches where we saw lots of sea turtles. It is about a mile outside of Paia town. Easy drive to the plentiful sunny beaches of Kehei. Took us a couple days to find the beach gear outside the house, but we were really glad when we did! The house is spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and large dining table. Would definitely recommend to other travelers!

Perfect for families!

We adored this house ! It was open and airy and comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook meals and we spent many hours in the little kitchen nook. Our 5 year old loved the house so much he wanted to just hang out there everyday, walking to the little beach a mere block away. We counted turtles on the beach every morning and every evening, once coming upon 11 sleeping turtles and a huge monk seal. My only recommendation would be for outdoor furniture, a picnic table even , to enjoy the lawn and back porch.

Wonderful place to stay in Paia

Where to begin?! We loved staying at Aloha Charm. The home in incredibly stocked with everything you would want or need. The home is beautifully decorated and great for hanging out. The beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect-a five minute walk yo a sandy little beach where turtles hung out, close to another beach to watch the sunset, and a 5 minute walk to mama’s fish house where I celebrated my birthday. Oh, and just down the road is a great little store that has a great deli. Finally I can’t say enough about how quickly Kalia responded to all our inquiries. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfect family getaway !

We had an amazing time here in Paia over Christmas break with our two adult sons! The combination of the privacy of this beautiful cottage, a big dining room table to eat our meals and a little private deck off of every bedroom made us feel so at home. :) The nearby beaches were perfect for a sunrise walk every morning. The market down the street was also a perfect fit for us! Kumbucha and Kefir on tap plus terrific coffee and pastries not to mention excellent sandwiches and poke bowls... yum There is amazing body surfing nearby at Paia Beach and great yoga studios in town too. We drove over to the other side of the island one day and all of us couldn’t wait to get back to our cottage paradise ! We hope to come back again someday. We can’t recommend this place enough and Kalia is so great. Thank you again xo
