Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are glad to hear that you had a good overall stay and that you appreciated the amenities and the starter pack upon arrival. Thank you, Albert, for your thoughtful feedback and for staying with us. We're glad to hear that the amenities met your expectations and everything was in good working order—except the A/C, which we understand is especially important during an Arizona summer. We truly appreciate you flagging this; we'd love to welcome you back with an even better experience next time!

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback. We’re disappointed the pool didn’t reach the requested heated temperature right away and have refunded you for the affected nights. We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this and thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address it.

Thank you for such thoughtful feedback. We’re delighted your family enjoyed the outdoor amenities and that our team was able to assist during your stay. We’ll take your notes about the faucet pressure, glass lamps, and kitchen tools to heart as we continue improving the space for families. It’s wonderful to hear the home fit your group comfortably, and we’d be excited to host you all again for another memorable getaway.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Ashleigh. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home’s charm and found it comfortable overall. We are frustrated to hear about the issues you experienced with airflow in the former garage bedrooms and master bedroom, as well as the fridge temperature. We understand how these factors could impact your comfort and appreciate you highlighting them. We do want to note that your stay took place prior to Scottsdale Vacation Rentals assuming management of this property. Our team now manages the home and is committed to proper care, maintenance, and ensuring that future guests have an experience that meets our high standards. Your feedback is valuable, and we are using it to guide improvements so that all guests enjoy a comfortable and seamless stay. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide the enhanced experience you were hoping for.

Thank you for your rating. We appreciate you staying with us and value your feedback as we continue to improve the guest experience.

Thank you for the 5-star review, David! We're glad you had a great stay overall, and we hope to host you again!
