Location was within 10 minutes to just about everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. Cabin was clean. Check in and out was easy. Would stay here again.

Great place

Absolutely wonderful cabin. Had everything you could need. The pool was wonderful, the house was super clean! Will definitely be staying again.

Swinging S'mores was centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Every area was very clean and sufficiently stocked. The bedrooms were a nice size and the beds were comfortable. There was ample space in the main living area for all 6 of us to be together. We enjoyed the pool too. The updates made were nicely done as well. If I had anything to say negative; it would be that there were no closets in any of the bedrooms and no chest of drawers to put any clothes away in. We found that unusual. Two of the area rugs (main area and one of the bedrooms) had corners that had rolled up and caused tripping a couple of times.. Maintenance on the grounds outside was lacking as well. But overall, we had a great visit. We had an issue with one of the beds but it was handled quickly and communication with the main office was always fast. We really appreciated that! A great place for multiple couples or a family.

A Smores of a good time

The layout of the cabin fit my family well. The location was great for the family also. Cabin was very clean. The only negative thing was the grass needed mowing.

House was very nice. But the wasp and spider issues were not. We found numerous spider indoors as well as outdoors. We called and messaged several times about the wasps, someone came and put white stuff on holes but the wasps came back everyday. Also the pool was very cold and even our 11 year old grandson couldnt get in. That was a very big part of choosing this place but no one could use it.

Beautiful home! Great location!

Loved the house! It was clean and cozy. Nicely decorated. No scary mountain roads involved. Lots of supplies, generous with the towels. TVs in every room. Had an issue with the pool temp. They did get a service company out but didn't communicate when they said they would. It still wasn't fixed when we left but it was temperate 2 of the days ee were there. Very low water pressure in the showers. Overall it was a great time and beautiful place.

The cabin looks like the pictures; however, there are no closets and no chest of drawers in the bedrooms -- so there is no place to hang or put your clothes. Had to live out of suitcase on the floor which was difficult for two family members in their 70s snd 80s. Also, no hooks in bathroom to hang anything. The trash protective cage has holes that do not line up so have to struggle to lock cage doors. There is no lock on door between house and pool area, but there is a deadbolt on the door on the pool side which makes no sense. If you have small children, this would be a concern.

I booked this rental mainly because it had a swimming pool indoors that my 6 year old could enjoy. After we got back to the room after an evening out, I let him swim. He wasn’t in the swimming pool 3 minutes when the loudest alarm started sounding off. I one before hand the this would happen if the doors were not closed. However, every door was closed. I called the property management and they told me I should have received a “red key” to turn the sensor off to the pool so that wouldn’t happen. Her exact words were “it should have been in your welcome kit that was hanging on the pool door”. There was no welcome kit hanging on any door nor was there a welcome kit anywhere to be found inside the rental. No instructions on how to disable the alarm either posted anywhere. It was a terrifying experience for my 6 year old. It took me 45 minutes to get him settled down from the loud alarm going off. It went off probably 3 more times after that. After explaining to the rental company how ridiculous it was that there were no instructions posted on how to disable the alarm, and how much of a bad experience it was, they only offered 40 off my total of my stay. (L-O-L). I get that the alarm is a safety thing and was very thankful for that but when you aren’t giving a warning or instructions on how the pool works, it gets very aggravating. Now, my 6 year old is left terrified to get in any pool thinking that “there will be a loud sound” when he does swim. Pitiful customer service. Beware
