This unit is located WALKING DISTANCE from one of Gulf Shores' most popular tourist attractions and a must-see place while you're down here, The Hangout. The condo had everything we needed. There was an unforeseen hiccup with the hvac unit and the management company handled it perfectly and communicated well all while offering reasonable solutions. They treated us exactly the way we wanted to be treated. We'll be back to this unit for sure.

Everything was great except for cold water a few times. We found out it runs on a timer and cycles off after two hours. We had some short power outages a few times that turned off the hot water too. That being said, the condo was really nice and clean. The views were awesome and the elevators were fast. Pools were nice outside but the indoor pool wasn’t open. The beach was really well maintained and beautiful. Short storms every day but still would call it great weather.

The beach and outdoor pools are definitely highlights, and it’s great to hear you still enjoyed the weather despite the short storms. Summer brings coastal storms that can occasionally cause brief power interruptions, we’re glad it didn’t interrupt your stay too much. The HOA manages the amenities, and we weren’t notified of any indoor pool closures, so we’re sorry that it wasn’t available during your visit. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope to welcome you back for another great stay!

Condo 1810

Not good. Sofa was terrible. Cushions on out door furniture in bad shape. No room for a dinning table, the counter stools very uncomfortable.

Thanks for your feedback—we’ll review the sofa, outdoor cushions, and seating so future guests are more comfortable. We do hope these minor issues didn’t take away from your time on the Emerald Coast, where the beaches, sunshine, and turquoise waters usually steal the show.

This 1 Star review is 100% on the management company of this property, Beach Getaways. During our stay they failed to inform us of a maintenance call on the A/C unit. One of their workers just came into our unit unannounced to put a air filter in the A/C unit. Might I add that we had already been there now for 4 days running the A/C without an air filter in the unit. I called Beach Getaways and spoke to a lady and she had no record of any service calls for our unit and said it must have come from the condo or the owner and was assured a call back from a manager. I went to check with the condo and they didn't schedule any service calls. Two days go by with no call back. I called VRBO to get them involved and they spoke to someone and was told they would call me by the end of the day, again, no call back. Finally 7 days into our trip a so called manager called us and was extremely rood and kept over speaking me on the phone and pretty much brushed this issue off as not a big deal. Instead of just walking into a active rental, you should have called or even sent a text. You have my phone number, email address to be able to contact me to let me know someone is coming. So if your ok with random service workers just walking into your condo unannounced, then this is the place for you but not for us. To the owner of this condo, beautiful place but I would find a new management company for your rental. The way they treat your guests it totally unacceptable. Left stuff out due to space

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that the routine maintenance visit caught you by surprise. Our team member followed the proper entry procedure by knocking and verbally announcing himself before entering. As your party was on the balcony at the time, it appears those attempts were not heard. Routine maintenance access is addressed in the rental agreement and may be necessary during a guest’s stay. While we understand you would have preferred advance notification, we do not agree that the property was accessed improperly. We wish you the best on your next beach getaway.
