Beautiful house. So much space. Perfect for a girls' weekend. Lots of sofas, beds, bathrooms and plenty of seats in the dining room. Great views! Quiet neighborhood. The dishwasher door needs to be looked at and the lighting in dining room and living room could be brighter. (We are old and were doing crafts and puzzles.) But overall I highly recommend this property.

Kitchen was fantastic and centrally located in a large living space with scenic views and a beautiful glass fireplace. Very charming. Bedroom and bathrooms were very comfortable.

4 nights for our party of 12 people and there was plenty of room. The interior is very spacious! Two closets became sleeping rooms because they were so big and helped with our needs. The window seat was the fought over spot. The large dining table seated all 10 adults and 2 teens. We couldn't get over the view! Really felt like a secluded spot, at the back of the condo property and angled out toward the mountains. The neighbor's balcony is close, but we never saw them. We brought camping chairs and they came in handy as there was no outdoor seating provided. The downstairs porch is amazing too, treed and shaded and private from golf course. Since this property is on a course you'll hear/see the golfers and the early morning lawn maintenance, but it didn't bother us, the view was worth it! 20 steps away from a network of trails,one of which gives great view of Mammoth mountain; great for walking the dog and hiking without having to drive to trails.Bring fans if forcast is over 80. Condo stayed cool but was nice to have air circulating with our fans. Some hotel size soap and shampoo pouches were provided, so I suggest bringing yours if you're staying long.To consider: the floor of the dining/ kitchen ceiling of downstairs master is considerably squeaky and you can hear all the chairs moving and footsteps. Communicated with prop. mngmt. for more linens and delivered right away. Parking for 4 midsze cars.Would stay here again for the view and spaciousness. Recommend!

Great property and location. Check-in was easy. Only drawback is carpeting in bathrooms is old and musty, and is getting pulled in places which can stab your feet. Overall a great house and experience but the bathroom floors need to be updated.

The perfect home for a large family get together with all ages present. The living/dining/eating area is roomy, handling numbers of people all at once. Some folks cooking, others playing games, some reading and/or watching sports on tv—it was quite festive! There is also a gathering place around a freestanding fireplace. Kitchen is well-stocked; bedrooms on every level worked out perfectly! And location, location, location!!! We will stay there again if in the Mammoth area.

A fantastic property with majestic views from anywhere in the main living areas. Gorgeous! Can’t forget to mention the 4th hole is right in your own backyard. The property is as large, if not larger than what appears in the listing photos. The neighbors are very nice too and the community very quiet. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. I very highly recommend.

Wonderful time staying in this unit! We had a seamless check in and once we entered, we were all amazed at how great the place was! So much room for all 6 of us and our Labrador. We cooked dinner twice during our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views were spectacular as well. The one thing I did notice was it would have been nice to have a screen door on the upstairs slider. We left the slider open while there, but it let flies in. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay!

Great location
Great space for large groups. The guest bedrooms are small and a little crowded but the master bedrooms are very spacious. The living area/kitchen are very spacious and served as a great space for gathering. However, the kitchen is not fully equipped; basic kitchen equipment/tools such as a toaster and can opener, for example, were not available so a heads up to pack your own if you think you might need these. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend and would recommend this home based on its fantastic location and ability to accommodate a large group.
