Offering uninterrupted views of the Southern Rockies stretching endlessly into the horizon, this elegant residence combines sleek surfaces, contemporary furnishings, and warm wood accents to create a timelessly sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.

Designed to comfortably host up to eight guests plus two young children, the Guest House boasts two king suites, each with a cozy reading nook and en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom that opens onto a covered patio, and a fourth bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a king. Guests will also appreciate the spacious family bathroom with dual sinks, an additional shower room, and a convenient powder room. For families traveling with little ones, the thoughtfully appointed nursery offers one or two wooden cribs (as needed), a rocking chair, and a changing table.

Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, a 50” smart TV with streaming apps, a Bluetooth speaker, world-to-Canada adaptor plugs, electronic safes in each bedroom and hair dryers in all bathrooms. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, steamer and drying rack. Household products are provided, as well as pantry essentials.

A sweeping glass façade floods the space in natural light, while framing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Alongside the glass wall, four cushioned armchairs paired with coffee tables create an inviting lounge area, perfect for sipping a drink while enjoying the scenery.

A stylish bar corner, complete with a mini fridge to keep refreshments chilled and a Bluetooth speaker to set the perfect mood, elevates your poolside experience. Neatly folded pool towels are stocked on shelves beneath the bar for your convenience.

Opposite the pool, two lounge chairs beckon you to recline in comfort after a swim or simply enjoy the serene atmosphere. Yoga mats are available for those wishing to stretch or meditate, while a wooden storage box holds essential pool accessories, including kids’ swim vests, goggles, floats, diving toys, and pool noodles, ensuring entertainment for guests of all ages.

Thoughtfully designed for convenience, the pavilion features two standing double-racks and multiple wall hooks, providing ample space to dry towels and organize belongings. The pool is heated to a perfect 28°C (82°F), with a depth ranging from 3 feet 4 inches (1 meter) at the shallow end by the steps to 5 feet (1.5 meters) at the deep end. High-speed WiFi is also available inside the pavilion.
