Important Note: The guest understands that a 4% processing fee will be forfeited for any cancellations.
1. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
2. No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or events are not permitted.
3. Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional visitors must have approval from hosts.
4. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and the community.
5. No pets: Pets are not allowed on property.
6. Respect the Property: Please treat the home and its belongings with care. Report any damages immediately.
8. Garbage: Trash days are every Tuesday. Kindly help us by taking out as much trash as possible on designated trash days rather than waiting until the end of your stay. This ensures the space stays fresh and enjoyable for everyone.
9. No Illegal Activity: Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.
10. Hot Tub Rules: Use at your own risk, and children must be supervised.
11. Parking Instructions: 3 total. 1 vehicle in the garage, 2 vehicles on the driveway.
12. Energy Conservation: Turn off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use.

I’ve worked in everything from the military to shipyard life, but these days I focus on real estate, vacation rentals, and running a few local businesses.
