Indretningen er absolut smukke, gør du føler at du er virkelig på en strand hjem. Den opdaterede Køkkenet indeholder nye moderne kabinetter og detaljer såsom under kabinet belysning, fliser backsplash, krone støbning og nye apparater, det har alle de væsentlige punkter i hjemmet plus mere. Hele enheden er der opgraderinger overalt nye spisebord med plads til op til fire, nye 48 "fladskærms TV m / DVD-afspiller (som du kan se fra sofaen eller slappe af i din seng), stereoanlæg, kabel, alle nye VVS inventar, herunder vandhaner og vandvarmer, 18 "x18" fliser overalt og nye rummelige badeværelse med bruseniche m / brus sæde. Ejendommen har også nye tonede ruder, som du kan nyde mere privatliv og åndeløs udsigt. Den udvendige Lanai har komfortable møbler for at få din morgenkaffe og nyde solnedgangen. Enheden har gratis wifi, ikke nødvendigt at gå til lobbyen. Soveværelset Området har en ny konge seng med en komfortabel madras. Alle sengetøj forudsat, masser af ekstra håndklæder og sengetøj.

The condo was nice and clean. The king size bed was very cozy, I loved the shower head also. Enough beach gear to enjoy your day at the beach. It was our second year in same condo hopefully it will be available on our next visit.

Short vacation from life

Friend and I booked this just a couple of weeks ago for a quick getaway. This place was perfect. Great view of the Gulf from the balcony and all windows. Plenty of towels provided. Our stay was quiet. There are parts of beach still being rehabbed but not near this condo at all. The beach and the pool were great. Would book again without hesitation

Estero Beach and Tennis Club

Our stay was good. There is still construction going on but it created no problem. Access to the office was not as advertised. We plan to book again next year.

Week January 13th Stay

Condo was nice, just big enough to enjoy and has a great view. Turns out it was rainy and cold else I'd have been disappointed about the lack of a pool but we were warned it might not be done. Glad there was at least one laundry room ready for use. I'd stay again!

Estero Island get away

Really liked the condo. Small but it had everything we needed for just the two of us. Location is outstanding. Pool was closed though due to the hurricane. That was the only bummer. Lots of work going on in the area from Ian which hammered the island.

Well upon arrival there was a smoke detector chirping and I called it was taken care of pretty. 2nd day we were told our toilet was leaking on the condo below us. A plumber came and removed our toilet thought he fixed it. So he left. I was getting ready to shower and no hot water. I called and emailed and the next day they emailed me back and said the circuit breaker was off and turn it back on. The plumber arrived back and said it was still leaking on the condo below us. So removed toilet again, cut a square hole in ceiling and discovered it was actually coming from 5th. So a few days later I had to contact tact them to let them know we still had hole in ceiling and dust continued to fall, so they taped it over. Other than that we had a good time.

Beautiful View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, well maintained, with a modern kitchen and comfortable furnishings. The direct view of the Gulf was awesome. There was an abundance of clean towels for the shower, beach and pool. Comfortable bed and plenty of drawers for clothes and a nice closet. Great to have some beach chairs and an umbrella. Keyless lock is so convenient. For some reason there were no pool passes but since we were with friends staying in another condo it was not a problem. I am sure Tripower’s would have remedied the situation if I went to their office. We loved the short walk to the beach and heated pool. Also, it is nice to have restaurants, shops, and drugstore right across the street. Grocery store near by. We were here during the very busy February month and traffic can be a nightmare if you travel north. However, everything is within walking distance or make sure you head south. I will definitely rent this unit again if it is available.

Great Escape

We enjoyed our stay on Estero Island! We didn’t have a car, but could walk across the street and choose from a variety of restaurants. The pictures did not do the view justice-we could view sunsets from the patio which is huge for us!! The parking info was not mentioned on the rental agreement, so that should probably be updated. Also, no dishwasher in this particular unit, but not a big deal for just two people! We would return here in the future. Thanks so much!
