Avaialble ved Anchorage Rentals, denne condo direkte udsigt over pool / gårdhave og giver fremragende hav og pool udsigt fra balkonen. Med mere end 1200 m² stor rummelig opholdsstue, kommer dette condo med et fuldt udstyret køkken, fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler og fladskærms-tv.


Kompleks:
Komplekset er centreret omkring en frodig tropisk gårdhave med en stor udendørs pool og dæk. Dækket omfatter loungestole for dig at nyde en dag omkring poolen. Der er flere ud af døren grill placeret på hver side af komplekse samt uden lagerplads til strand stole, boogie boards og sand legetøj. Foran Anchorage I & II, vil du finde en legeplads, mindepark, motion trail, privat gangbro til havet, til udendørs brusere og private strand pavilloner til vores gæst nyde. Elevatorer og handicap ramper er placeret på hver side af komplekset og er let tilgængelige. Rigelig parkering er til rådighed.

The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils,etc. Because this is a unit overlooking the pool, you can really only see the ocean from the master bedroom window or balcony off the living room. Making a reservation and checking in and out of the condo was easy. There were renovations being made to other units at the complex and the noise was annoying during the day. I have stayed at other units in Anchorage II and would stay here again.

It is, hands down, the nicest, most comfortable unit we have rented. It has been completely renovated and the furnishings, flooring, paint colours and area rugs are all high quality and coordinated. Reviewer Comments: This unit has been remodeled nicely, with the wall between the kitchen and the living room/dining area completely removed leaving a lovely open and bright environment. The unit was very clean upon our arrival and it is well stocked with plates, utensils, appliances, etc. A nice touch is the presence of night lights in both bathrooms and the living room to help one navigate in a strange place in the middle of the night.We had a problem with a toilet develop during our stay, and management arranged to have it fixed quickly with no disruption to our stay.

The location is great, right between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. It is nice to be able to walk across the street and be right on the beach. No driving back and forth to the beach.

Love that this property was so close to the beach and it also had a great pool. Everything was good except for the outside porch /hall are a. The carpet is quite worn and rippled. Could be a danger for tripping.
