Southwinds A17 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, oceanfront condo nestled in the heart of Atlantic Beach. This location grants fast access to Fort Macon, the Oceanana Pier, Historic Beaufort, and more! Enjoy the close proximity to local restaurants and shops! The F building at Southwinds is the first building from the sand and this condo offers exceptional views of the beautiful crystal waters!
Convenient beach access is just steps away from Southwinds A17 with the community walkway to the beach. Not feeling the beach? Head to the community pool and soak up all the sun!
Total bedding includes 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Double Sleeper Sofa.
The kitchen comes fully-equipped with a refrigerator with attached ice maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and Keurig coffee maker to make home cooked meals and your morning coffee easy and accessible to you and your party throughout your stay.
Additional Amenities: This condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. Smart TV with access to streaming apps for your viewing pleasure.
Community Features: The community of Southwinds has two outdoor swimming pools, community grilling, a picnic table area, a private walkway to the beach solely allocated to the complex, community outdoor showers to rinse off after a day of sand and sea!
Even though you are staying at a Keyless Vacation Rental, you MUST stop by our Atlantic Beach office to pick up your check-in packet with parking passes.
For Trash: the HOA onsite dumpster is located on the property
No boats/trailers/ or campers are allowed on the property
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.
No Smoking.
No Pets.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum October 10th - April 11th in advance year round and 3 night minimum April 12th - October 9th in advance year-round. Call for availability.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
