Family-friendly Spacious Ogunquit Home, Close to Beach & Downtown

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, value, and especially the bunk room setup for traveling with children. While we agree that some of the furnishings are older, we were surprised by the comment that the furniture was dirty, as that is not something we typically hear about this home. The property is thoroughly cleaned between guests, and had any cleanliness concerns been brought to our attention during the stay, we would have been happy to address them. The layout of the home is a little unique, as the house reflects three different periods of renovations and additions over the years. While that gives it a different layout than a newer home, it also provides a great deal of space, including the six-bed bunk room and its own bathroom that you enjoyed. The home is located in a residential neighborhood, as are many vacation homes in Ogunquit. Guests are absolutely welcome to enjoy the outdoor spaces; we simply ask that noise be kept down during quiet hours beginning at 10 PM out of respect for our neighbors. Maine summers can also be quite humid. During periods of high humidity, we recommend keeping the air conditioning running, as it helps considerably with both the temperature and moisture inside the home.
