Welcome to our beautifully renovated 1920s home, located right in the heart of downtown Ogunquit. This spacious property offers modern comforts while preserving its classic coastal charm — perfect for large families or groups.

The main house features:

5 comfortable bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms
Two luxurious master suites with king beds and private baths
Two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds
A fully equipped, modern kitchen and large dining room — ideal for gatherings and home-cooked meals.

In addition to the main house, there are two private-entry studio suites, which can be rented separately or together with the main home — perfect for extended family, couples, or smaller parties.

Just steps from restaurants, shops, Ogunquit Beach, and Marginal Way, you’ll be perfectly situated to enjoy everything this charming seaside town has to offer. Take a leisurely stroll along the rocky Maine coast, then reward yourself with a lobster roll and Rum Punch at Barnacle Billy’s in nearby Perkins Cove.

We’re a local family who loves Ogunquit and are happy to share our favorite spots — while always respecting your privacy. We’re only minutes away if you need anything during your stay.
Please note:
1. No Smoking. We do not allow smoking anywhere in the home or on property.
2. No Pets. We do not allow pets in the home for the comfort of all our guests due to potential allergies.
3. Quiet Hours: We ask that guests keep their noise levels down during the late evening hours. Please be respectful of other guests on the property.
4. Cancellation Policy: A 5% service charge will be deducted from a cancellation above normal cancellation policy.

Annual family trip.

Everything was as described and Hannah was an excellent host. She immediately took care of any little hiccups. Kitchen was well stocked and check in was so easy.

Great family or friends getaway

We enjoyed our stay that was close to the beach and to town. The home fit our whole family and the owners were very responsive. They ensured that we had what we needed for a smooth and relaxing getaway.

This home was beautiful and the perfect place to accommodate our girl's weekend away. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend renting this home!

Great stay!

Lee was super easy to work with, nice big home, walking distance to everything! Only drawback really was that the street is busier without a sidewalk and very close to the fire department so you’ll near a decent amount of sirens which was tricky for our child who was trying to nap midday!

Nice house in great location

Our extended family had a wonderful week staying at Lee’s house. The cottage is on a quiet street but a quick walk into town or to the beach. It’s well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Home, Perfect Location

We stayed in this home over Labor Day weekend and we could not ask for a better experience. The home was recently redone (I assume) and they did a great job incorporating new elements with the older character of the property. It was more than comfortable for 4 adults and 3 kids and the it is a short walk to the beach, as well as shopping and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again.

New Years in Ogunquit

Renting this gem again with a larger group. Perfect location - walking distance from all Ogt has to offer! The house was stocked with everything we needed for a NYE dinner at home and perfect set up! The rooms/bath set up make it perfect for multiple couples to have private space away from the group if needed. Can't wait to rent again in the future!

Graduation Weekend

We rented the house for my son's graduation weekend. It was perfect! We loved being able to walk to get ice cream and meals, shop around and explore the walk along the ocean to Perkin's Cove. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and large dining table for playing games made the space perfect for our large group. Thank you!

Beautiful home, perfect location

We would highly recommend this property. Five friends and I spent the weekend here celebrating a birthday, exploring Ogunquit, and enjoying many wonderful restaurants. This home made it so easy. The home's five bedrooms and four bathrooms provided wonderful space to both enjoy each other's company and have our own private space. It is beautifully decorated, well-appointed and spotless. The home's location was ideal in that we could easily walk to everything: the beach, the Marginal Way, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely rent again!

Best of everything!

This house could not be better. There were 9 of there were 9 ofus and we all agreed this house is perfect. We never go in each others deEasy walk to town & the Marginal Way! The kitchen was well equipped. Ice maker was great to have. You can walk to several restaurants & shopping.Big fluffy towels in the bathrooms. The owners didn’t skip a thing and Dana is the best.

We will be back!

Look no further if you’re looking for prime location and a beautiful home that is equipped with everything you need while in OGT. We can’t say enough great things about this cottage and the hosts. I had a delivery coming to the house that arrived ahead of schedule before we checked in, and the host was kind enough to retrieve the package and had it for me when we checked in. When we arrived the house was spotless and everything was in working order. They have just about anything you’d need in the kitchen including coffee. Other conveniences like beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys were extremely appreciated since we flew and we’re not able to bring those things. We are a family with two adults, two teens and three children and we had plenty of space and comfort for all 7 of us. Location was perfect as it puts you in easy walking distance of the main beach (7 min), downtown (5 min), Marginal Way (7 min) and Perkins Cove (15 min). When we return to OGT, this is where we will stay!

Paradise Found

Lee's home was amazing. The living area is bigger then pictured. We had 10 women and we were never on top of each other. We have been doing a fall weekend together for years and this was by far our favorite home rental. We were in need of nothing. Lee's home was stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the amount of bathrooms was fabulous!! We were able to walk everywhere. The house is right in the middle of town. We walked the Marginal Way to Perkins Cove where we enjoyed sailing on The Gift. We enjoyed the Rum punch at Barnicle Billy's and an amazing dinner at That Place. Sunday we enjoyed all the shops in town. We enjoyed oysters at a restaurant called Brix andBrine. We also bought lobsters from Beach Plum Lobster Farm and had a beautiful steak and lobster dinner at the house. The stock pot is located under the kitchen island where the chairs are. If finding that pot was the hardest part of a beautiful weekend we'll take it! The lobsters were as amazing as you would expect in Maine. Thank you Lee for your hospitality. Your home is gorgeous and made our stay in Ogunquit unforgettable. Christine

Fabulous house in the heart of Ogunquit!

I just spent the last weekend in October with my mom and sisters at this wonderful house, and we'd give it more than 5 stars if we could! Dale and Debbie were soooo helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The pictures shown here are very accurate, and we found the place was spotless. There were 5 of us and we found the living room, kitchen and dining area were the perfect size and very comfortable. We all agreed the beds in all 5 bedrooms were great, and the 4 bathrooms worked out perfectly for us. We loved the decor and how every square inch was used so efficiently. Since it was a chilly weekend we were concerned about heat, but had no issues as there is heat available in every room (some with portable heaters that worked like a charm). On our first pass we didn't see any closets, but then realized there are very cute armoires in the bedrooms with space for hanging clothes and plenty of drawers. The provided linens and towels were great as well. As for the location it was perfect; walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street and Shore Road, as well as to the beach and Marginal Way, and our cars never left the driveway! There were several events going on to celebrate Halloween, and many places had great decorations which really added to the charm. I'm sure staying here in the summer would be even better, but now we know this time of year is also a great time to visit Ogunquit! We'd highly recommend this home!

Fabulous Multi-generational Vacation

Three generations of my family (8 in total) thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at the cottage. There was enough space to spread out as well as having the first floor master for the grandparents and the 4 bedrooms upstairs for the kids and grandkids. Each family unit had their own bathroom (total of 4) which was important to us. The house was beautifully decorated in a beach cottage theme which added to the overall appeal. There was a full kitchen with almost any gadget you could imagine along with a standalone ice maker next to the sink. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the 1st floor master bath. There is a small gas grill on the back patio which could hold 6-8 hamburgers at a time. This was very convenient for our family as we cooked 3 dinners at the cottage. The location is excellent. The cottage is located between Shore Rd and Rt 1 so it's right near everything but is in a quieter area. There is a playground with swings and slides a block away. There are several shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and the Marginal Way entrance is about a 5 minute walk. Having a stroller or wagon is a must with young children. Lee was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall we couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

Great house, great location

We had a great family vacation at Lee’s house in Ogunquit. The house is ideally situated and well equipped. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very helpful. We would love to come back.

Spacious gem in an ideal location

Stayed here with my parents, wife and kids for three nights. Enjoyed our stay quite a bit. Location is excellent- a quick scenic walk to the beach and stores. Lots of nearby eateries. Traffic is relatively quiet despite the central location. Bedroom and bathroom situations are well thought-out. Downstairs master bedroom is closed off enough to provide sufficient privacy. Kitchen was well equipped. House itself has quite a bit of authenticity and historic charm. Would certainly return!

Awesome stay!

We enjoyed this house soooo much! The house was so beautiful and was perfectly fit for the Ogunquit area. Very clean, lots of room to spread out and conveniently located close to all the action. Will definitely book again in the future!

Great family house!

Wonderful property. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Wonderful kitchen to cook in and awesome dining space for our family to eat together. Location is unmatched. Everything you need is within walking. We are definitely coming back next September!
