We were in town for a family wedding and it was indeed a Boho Oasis - even better than the photos could capture! The home was so impressive - clean, large, impeccably decorated and well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing, unique stay in a place we'd never been. Will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends and would love to go back myself some day!!

We loved everything about this place! It was so lovely. We spent most of our time at Joshua Tree but it was nice to come back and relax in the evening. The hot tub was fantastic after all the hiking. We all wish we could have stayed longer and spend a whole day just hanging out at the house. It was a fabulous place to spend Easter and we would definitely stay here again. The place was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had all the essentials to cook.

Restful Weekend Getaway

The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and well appointed. We had a wonderful time relaxing, hot tubbing, stargazing, and hiking in Joshua Tree. We would return in a heartbeat!

Oasis in the Desert

Chelsea and Daniel’s home was such a pleasure to relax in! So comfortable, clean, and the decor was boho sheik at its finest! The jacuzzi was amazing and it had a beautiful wrap around backyard with a gas fire pit, hammocks, and a pyramid daybed (perfect for stargazing!). We can’t wait to come back soon and stay for a few nights! We highly recommend this place!

Desert Sanctuary

We had an amazing stay at Casa del Desierto. From the moment we arrived, the home felt like a peaceful sanctuary in the middle of the desert. The outdoor setup was just like the pictures, we loved getting to use the fire pit, hot tub, and hammocks. Well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds in each room, and great communication from Daniel and Chelsea. We can’t wait to come back!

Desert Paradise

Amazing property with all the amenities you could ask for. 3 very comfortable bedrooms. Awesome Kitchen and outside areas. Super communicative hosts. Very centrally located to the park and town. Would highly recommend

Casa Del Desierto review

Stayed 4 nights. Convenient location to the 29 Palms entrance to JTNP. Short drive to town. House is sited near a residential street intersection. Traffic noise quiets down after dark. Nice landscaping, a great outdoor shower and spa, and covered patio. Saw a road runner, rabbits, hummingbirds and finches in the yard. Entry by keypad was easy. Didn't like the Ring surviellance camera at the entry. We covered it up during our stay. Felt creepy to have it pointed at the area where we spent most of our time outdoors. Inside there's air conditioning in each room. The primary bedroom's bed is comfortable. The Wifi was good. Didn't use the TV as we don't subscribe to any streaming services. There's no cable or satellite TV. The place was clean--smelled like Pine Sol when we entered. Perhaps another cleaning product could be considered. Kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking. The open concept interior design was OK. We discovered that the bathroom off the entry hallway is directly in line with the kitchen area. It had a non-functioning fan and a window that doesn't open. If you do your business in there, the odor drifts into the kitchen. UGH.The primary bathroom looks nice, but has no fan or windows that open.No door between that bathroom and the primary bedroom, so the same odor situation there. We spent most of our time in the park and outside at the house. For the most part, it was a pleasant stay at the house.

We're especially happy to hear your time in the nearby National Park and outdoors was a highlight. We also appreciate your note about the bathroom fan — a technician was dispatched promptly after you notified us. For future guests’ reference, we do have a doorbell camera facing only the front entrance, primarily to support smooth self check-in and ensure safety — a common practice in the desert. We take privacy seriously and want to reassure guests that there are no cameras in the backyard, side yards, or indoors. Thanks again for staying with us and for your thoughtful feedback. We've taken your input on board and look forward to continuing to offer great experiences for our guests!
