Located on a quiet street walking distance to Fremont Street and the Arts District. Just 10 mins to the Strip, 20 to the airport. Enjoy a full kitchen, 75" smart TV, WiFi, and onsite parking. The Spot DTLV is a walled, gated triplex that is also the perfect spot for families or groups to book and enjoy a private, connected retreat with shared outdoor space.
