Claire was most kind & helpful answering any questions as we prepared for our vacation. We opted to stay here Vs. a hotel bc we craved peace, quiet & solitude. This place provided just that.We stayed 10 days & truly enjoyed every minute. Upon arriving I was greeted with a tin can of cookies & a small bottle of Pino Grigio & a cool clean home. There's a nearby Publix & Aldi's. We left 2 Boogie boards in the garage for future guests to use. There are 3 beach chairs in the garage for guests to use as well.Laundry soap was provided for the washer & dryer, as well as dish soap, a dish sponge, dishwasher pods, handsoap in the restroom & kitchen. There was also shampoo, conditioner & bodywash that hangs on the wall in the shower like a lot of the hotels have. A roll of paper towels were provided as well as several rolls of TP. There was plenty of plates, saucers, cereal bowls, mixing bowls, couple of sheet pans. If you want to make cupcakes or muffins, you'll need to bring those pans with you. There is a keurig as well as a seperate 12 cup drip coffee pot. There are filters provided for the drip coffee pot as well as some Folgers coffee grounds. There was some of the screen keurig filters that you can add ground coffee to for a cup of coffee. The mattresses & couch were comfy. Shower had great pressure. I would definitely stay here again. I'd suggest to drive to Lori Wilson Beach (Free Parking) to surf/swim or Cocoa Beach Vs. Satellite Beach. Satellite beach was rocky & rough.
