The house has good bones but not maintained well One of the pillowcases had a lot of dried blood on it and when we used oxy clean on it and washed it, it came clean which means it was not pulled from prior house guests very disturbing to our guests. Who knows if the other sheets were clean. Pillows were very old and flimsy needs new pillows, mattresses were not that comfortable. The kids rooms were the only ones that seemed firm. The patio kitchen brick needed power washed had a dirty greasy smell. Grill was not clean we had to take the grids off and clean them.. The door going into the house from the pool was very dirty tried to clean it but would not come clean needs painted same with front door needs a paint job. Light bulbs needed, some burned out ,one broke and some missing. some of the drains in the showers would not drain, holding water. 50% of the blinds didn't work. Cleanliness has to be number one on the list or it just gives you a bad vibe from the start. The little play diner is so dirty I wouldn't let the kids go in it. For the money we spent it should be spotless and maintained. Were telling you this because you may not get any feed back on these things and your book said you wanted replies good or bad The printer needed ink. Check the dryer vents took forever to dry. Carpet needs shampooed. pots and pans need replaced very poor condition. Box fans very dirty had to clean before using them.
