Casita - COLA & Hot Tub

Very modern pool house, located close to USC, 5 Points, Fort Jackson. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars and a pool right outside!

You can use anything in the pool house.

Access to the entire pool house, pool in the backyard and laundry in the main house.

We are available to assist our guest with anything the might need.
We are down to socialize, but respect your privacy.
Service in English, Spanish or French.

We are located in Shandon, one of the best neighborhoods in town. Extremely safe, amazing houses and area to sightsee. Walking distance to fantastic parks, restaurants and bars.

If you are driving you can park your car in front of the house (not the driveway). Uber or biking are your best options to move around town.

While we do not have cable, the TVs in the Casita are equipped with Roku for you to stream shows from your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, or other media accounts.

Please no glass in or around the pool.
Please, no unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 2 people. Exceeding this limit will result in a cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

Parking: Please do not park in the driveway! There is ample street parking for your vehicular needs! We do have an ev charger if you would like to use it, but that must be arranged before hand! Thank you

Early check-in and late check-out MUST be requested at least 90 minutes before the desired time of said check in/check out. Please understand that this allows us to adjust our schedules in a timely manner (Late check out paired with another guest’s early check in could be problematic).

While we do provide access to the pool and hot tub, there is no lifeguard on duty. Please, be safe and use at your own risk.

No glass around the pool or hot tub. Plastic cups are in the cabinet.

No parties or events. Parties will result in a $500 charge

Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm - 9:00 am.

Please, no smoking, vaping, e-Cigs, candles, or any smoke-producing items inside the property at any time. We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for any evidence of smoking inside the property. We are okay with you smoking on the patio, but please clean up after yourself.

Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonable and timely manner. Failure to do so will result in said damages and/or breakages being reported.

No pets are allowed at this listing. We have dogs on the property and they do not deal well with other pets in their back yard.

We would like to inform you that a $100 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your account. This pre-authorization is a standard procedure to ensure the security of our services and is not an immediate charge.
