Peaceful gated resort community; Emerald Island offers 2 pools, mini-golf, sports courts, volley ball & nature preserve with hiking trail.
Please be aware there is an exterior camera with audio.
Also this is Florida so it rains often even for a little bit and there are always bugs and critters about. We do treat for pests and usually have no issues but sometimes they follow you in if you leave the door open.
