We made a quick last minute decision to take family to Florida and visit Disney for a couple days with our toddler grandson and adult kids. The property was immaculate and spacious . Plenty of room for our adult kids to have their own space. The pool was awesome. The location was great. We would definitely recommend this property for any families traveling together. My grandson Especially loved all the themed rooms and the adult kids loved the game room.

Overall, we’d give this stay a 7.5/10. The home was spacious and had everything we needed for cooking and our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating—they extended our checkout from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. because of an unexpected realtor visit and even dropped off a physical key when the keypad wasn’t locking, which we really appreciated. That said, there were a few small maintenance and supply issues that kept it from being a higher-rated stay. While it wasn’t perfect, we were comfortable overall and appreciated the host’s communication and willingness to help.

It's great to hear the home was comfortable and well equipped for your group, and that our local team's flexibility on the checkout and the quick help with the entry made a difference. We're sorry a few small items kept the stay from being everything it could be, and your notes have been shared with the team responsible for the home so those details get attention. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention, and we hope to host you again on a future visit.

Perfect home to share with families. Plenty of space, huge living and dining area, short drive to the parks. All of the themed rooms and game rooms were amazing. The property manager was very responsive and great to work with. Would definitely recommend this property!

House is spacious and beautiful but we found a few things not working and broken. The worst thing is that there were BED BUGS in all rooms upstairs specially in the Harry Porter Room, we immediately contacted the host and they gave us another story to them mid week confirmed that it was bed bugs, they didn’t treat the house, they also didn’t give us options to accommodate our needs and they wanted us to cancel our paid tickets in Disney to move need week and take the BED BUGS with us. Please see pictures and videos below.

While we’re glad you liked the home’s space and design, we’re truly sorry your stay was disrupted and that the options available during your visit didn't fit your travel plans. We issued a partial refund for the inconvenience, and we've since fully addressed the home before welcoming future guests. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

The kids loved the screened in pool! The bedrooms were decorated really well. The kids enjoyed it. The furniture could use some updating and mattresses could be more supportive with fewer springs. Kitchen could use more pots and pans. There were plenty of dishes though. The coffee service was pleasant addition. Baseboards and some walls could use some painting and the rug in the main room and couches could use updating. Loved having a washer and dryer available. Nice TV’s available. One person desired a room with a ceiling fan, but there were none. Overall we enjoyed our accommodations. Will reserve again when in the area and it’s available. Nice safe neighborhood

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review — we're so glad the screened-in pool was a hit with the kids and that the well-decorated bedrooms added to the fun! We really appreciate you taking the time to note where things could be improved, too, from the furniture and mattresses to the kitchen cookware, paint touch-ups, and the request for a ceiling fan. Feedback this specific is genuinely valuable, and we'll be sure to pass it along to the team as we look at updates. It's great to hear the washer and dryer, TVs, and coffee service were welcome conveniences, and that the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable throughout. We'd love to welcome you back the next time you're in the area.

A piece of heaven on earth!

I have nothing bad to say about the home! It was exactly as it looked in the app. We were well equip with all of the basic necessities, plenty of towels, etc. We decided to heat the pool after arrival and the ladies were super helpful and had my invoice to me and turned on within just a few hours. Super friendly and helpful!

Spacious, Immaculate, and Fun

We were really pleased with our choice of this home, and the support of Overmoon in particular. The house is really large and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay for our small group. It could easily accommodate 20+ people, but for us, all the space was really nice to have. As a clean freak, I was also extremely pleased by just how immaculate this home was - flawless. Last, I thought Overmoon was excellent in its communication - they reached out before, during, and after the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this home to any group going to Orlando.

Loved the house!

We loved the house and had a nice stay. Just a few things that were disappointing to us. The pool was cold! We really wanted to pay additionally to heat the pool but were told that it was not an option. No one swam but my 10 year old for 12 days! In addition the outdoor furniture and some of the beds could use some updating.

Disappointing

Unfortunately heating the pool was extra, which wasn’t communicated until a few days before. Additionally many of the appliances didn’t work. We were very disappointed overall.
