Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We usually are not able to accomodate early arrival, please check with us day of. We are never able to accomodate late departure.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians.
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap.
Parking: This home has 3 driveway spaces. We do not allow commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, RV's or any other special use vehicle.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: This is a single family home.
Fireplace: Fireplace is not for guest use.
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent and must sign renter agreement.
Good Neighbor Policy: We are a located in a neighborhood surround by many residents, please respect the quiet hours of 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM daily and keep volume at a reasonable level. Occupancy, noise, and parking is regulated and grounds guest removal if these policies are not followed (Occupancy = 6 max, Noise = 60 decibels max, parking = 1 car on street maximum).
Exterior Camera: There are 2 camera's on the exterior of this home, one at the front door and one in the rear.
Pool & Lawn: Our pool is serviced professionally serviced every Monday and lawn every other Tuesday.
