New mid-term spacious 5BD 5.5BA house with ocean views, in Kailua-Kona Hawaii

This breathtaking, newly built house is located 3.5 miles south of the charming town of Kailua-Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii; This is a 31 night minimum rental. It is across the street from the Lyman's and Banyan’s surf break (Holualoa Bay). The house has two ocean-facing lanais where you can watch the surf and enjoy beautiful sunsets. You may even see a turtle poking its head out of the water, the spinner dolphins dancing, or a distant whale breaching. Behind the house is an historic ancient rock wall that protects the house from forested land where you may spot wild pheasants, turkeys, chickens, goats, pigs, etc. Within the property lines are ample fruit trees (papaya, pineapple, lime and lemon) and herbs for you to enjoy.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, serving dishes, pots/pans, toaster, blender, waffle iron, electric wok, food processor, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (pods supplied), drip coffee brewer, French press, air fryer and more! The kitchen is also equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, two dishwashers, refrigerator and a small refrigerator for drinks. Available for use outside is an outdoor gas grill, Traeger smoker grill and a flat top griddle.

A/C: This house has zoned air conditioning with five zones-living room/kitchen area, two northside bedrooms, two southside bedrooms, upstairs game room, and the laundry room/office on the first floor. The house is also equipped with a dehumidifier (please do not touch).

Bedrooms: Each bedroom (4) on the main floor has an en-suite bathroom. The main floor also has a half bath for guests. The bunk room (top floor with game room) has an adjacent bathroom. All bathrooms are supplied with spa quality body soap, shampoo and conditioners and towels.

Extra Rooms/Areas: The game room has a Texas style poker table, a card table, and an assortment of board games, puzzles, cards and books. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, sink, ironing board, drying rack, iron, extra toilet paper, paper towels, first aid supplies, batteries, office desk, 2 printers, office supplies, folding tables, etc. The house has an elevator on all floors and is handicap friendly (it is not an ADA compliant/Universal Standards property and is not advertised as such). Inside, the house has a Bluetooth stereo system to enjoy. Outside, the property has a picnic table, horseshoe pit, cornhole, outdoor shower and ample parking.
