This home is a 2 Story home. There are stairs going up to the top level - so it is not suited for any guests with mobility issues. The bedrooms and full bathroom and laundry machines are on the top floor.
All bedrooms have beds (2x King, 5x Queen & 1 fold out Queen sized sleep chest in the home), closets or dressers, night tables, luggage racks and shelves or drawers for extra storage. This home is stocked with ample linens, extra blankets, pillows, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hangers, iron, ironing board, laundry supplies and nice decorative accessories to make you feel right at home. **Furniture and decorations in the pictures are subject to change as we are always adding / improving this luxury property.
There is a pack n’ play available by request (no charge). You will just need to bring your own baby blankets/bedding. We do not provide those bedding items as babies tend to be quite sensitive and prefer their own bedding/laundry scents.
*If you would like to add an additional twin sized cot to your booking for extra sleeping options this is charged at the rate of $10 /day. *Must be requested and paid for in advance to guarantee availability.

Please note that the upper fridge does not have a connected water line, so the water and ice dispenser are not functional. The basement fridge is fully operational and equipped with an ice machine for your convenience.
The tub in the master ensuite is just a soaker tub - we do not have the jacuzzi jets connected for use.
There are speakers visible in the ceiling throughout the home - this is from a old system that is no longer in use - so the speakers are not connected to anything and not usable.
All guests and pets (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted. While we are pet-friendly, please note cats are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fee per cat. If you’re bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.
A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.
Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.
Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

This home was perfect for our group of hockey fans. We loved all the bedrooms and the large kitchen and living room where we could hang out and share a meal ! House was very clean and had everything we needed . We would definitely stay here again !

Great house. Beds were very comfortable and great bathrooms, lots of space for family getaway. Lots of parking, good location for access to main roads. We would book again! Host was always quick to respond to any questions.

Extended Family Gathering
Siblings gathering for family funeral - hosted extended family for dinner after service. Host a bit restrictive on numbers (max 16) but otherwise understanding and accommodating. House was excellent venue for gathering in convenient part of town with access to airport.

This is a spacious home with a great large area to cook & eat & hang out on the main floor. The yard isn't quite as spacious as the pics make it look, but the neighborhood was fairly quiet so it could be nice out there. (We didn't have a chance to try it out.) The large damage deposit was a little unnerving, as there were things like a sticky front door, broken towel ring & chipped paint in several rooms that were there when we came. We treated the place nicely though & got our whole deposit back. The house was stocked with most things we needed to cook with. It was a good choice for our large family - accessible to activities & some fun areas around the house for the teens to avoid the adults :)

The Cove
Overall, our experience was excellent. Our prime complaint is about the two dogs in the backyard of the home backing on the Cove. On both nights, September 10 and 11....the 11th was the worst....as we gathered quietly on the deck just off the dining room, the owners of the home backing on the Cove let their two dogs out into the yard. On both evenings, the dogs barked loudly and incessantly for at least an hour.
The only other minor thing: the master bathroom does not have a towel rack near the shower for the bath towels. For such a well appointed home, this seems like an oversight.
