The space
A prime location in the vast Río Cuarto canton of Alajuela, just 800 meters south of the public power station, offers the best possible experience.
The open-air balcony envelops you in a modern and tropical environment, unusual and charming, with natural lighting and stunning views, all built in harmony with the jungle in a sustainable way.
The decoration, conceived by "minimalist minds", maximizes the use of available resources for an exceptional aesthetic and functional experience.
Guest access
Upon arrival, a carefully arranged gate will welcome you along with its respective parking space near the loft.
Just a few minutes walk away, you will find the main attraction: the majestic lake, as well as trails and private access to the Río Cuarto river.
Within the property, just a few meters away, awaits an exclusive restaurant. As a note of thanks, we will give you a 10% discount at the Selva Negra Restaurant from Friday to Sunday during your stay.
